Claims (5)
- 왁스나 플라스틱으로 제조하려는 제품의 모형을 만들고, 상기 왁스나 플라스틱 모형 표면에 콜로이달 실리카와 알루미나 분말을 포함하는 내화물 슬러리와 알루미나 모래를 번갈아 수회에 걸쳐 코팅한 다음, 그 위에 상기 슬러리만을 한번 더 도포하여 마무리 코팅한 후 완전히 건조시키고 탈왁스 및 소성하여 제조되는 정밀주조용 알루미나계 주형에 있어서,상기 내화물 슬러리는 알루미늄 금속분말이 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀주조용 알루미나계 주형.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 금속분말은 입자 크기가 10∼50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀주조용 알루미나계 주형.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 금속분말은 상기 내화물 슬러리 중의 콜로이달 실리카 및 알루미나 분말의 중량의 합에 대하여 1.0∼4.0 wt첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀주조용 알루미나계 주형.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소성공정은 1000∼1500℃에서 1시간 동안 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀주조용 알루미나계 주형.
- (i) 왁스나 플라스틱으로 제조하려는 제품의 모형을 만드는 공정;(ii) 상기 왁스나 플라스틱 모형 표면을 콜로이달 실리카와 알루미나 분말을 포함하는 내화물 슬러리와 알루미나 모래로 번갈아 수회에 걸쳐 코팅하는 공정;(iii) 상기 코팅 층 위에 상기 슬러리만을 한번 더 도포하여 마무리 코팅한 후 주형을 완전히 건조시키는 공정; 및,(iv) 상기 주형 내부의 왁스를 제거하고 소성하는 공정을 포함하는 알루미나계 주형의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 코팅 공정에 사용되는 내화물 슬러리는 알루미늄 금속분말이 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀주조용 알루미나계 주형의 제조방법.
