Claims (30)
- 유체 성분 혼합 시스템의 다수의 입력중 상이한 입력에서 다수의 각 예비도료액을 접수하고; 다수의 예비도료액으로부터 배합될 수 있는 다수의 베이스 도료 종류중에서 선택된 제1 베이스 도료를 생산하기 위한 비를 포함하는 제1 예비도료액 비를 컴퓨터 시스템에서 결정하고; 제1 비에 따라 다수의 예비도료액을 혼합하여 혼합 시스템의 출력에서 제1 베이스 도료를 형성함을 포함하는 도료 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 베이스 도료에 색을 띠게 하여 제1 착색 도료를 형성함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 베이스 도료 종류중에서 선택된 제2 베이스 도료를 생산하기 위한 비를 포함하는 제2 예비도료액 비를 결정하고; 제2 비에 따라 다수의 예비도료액을 혼합하여 혼합 시스템의 출력에서 제2 베이스 도료를 형성함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.

- 제14항에 있어서, 제1 고객 주문이 지불 식별자를 추가로 포함하고, 지불 식별자를 포함하는 데이터를 지불 처리 시스템과 교환함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.

- 제17항에 있어서, 컴퓨터 시스템이 데이터 네트워크에 의해 상호연결된 다수의 별개 프로세서를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 다수의 각 상이한 베이스 도료 종류를 예비도료액의 비와 데이터 연관시킴을 포함하는 데이터베이스를 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 예비도료액의 비를 결정하라는 지시가 데이터베이스에 질의하여 비를 검색하는 지시를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 데이터베이스가 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 실행가능한 저장된 지시를 포함하는 알고리듬 및 다수의 베이스 도료 종류와 소정의 비의 예비도료액 사이의 저장된 관련성으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 데이터를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 각 유체 흐름 제어가 컴퓨터 시스템에 작동가능하게 연결된 밸브를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제22항에 있어서, 작동가능한 연결이 공기압 제어기에 의한 연결을 포함하는 시스템.
- 각각 도료 제품을 생산하도록 작동되고, 도료 제조 공정을 제어하는 지시를 포함하는 위치 제어 컴퓨터를 포함하는 다수의 도료 제조 위치; 및 제조 공정 데이터를 다수의 위치 제어 컴퓨터와 교환하도록 통합 컴퓨터를 구성하라는 저장된 소프트웨어 지시를 포함하는, 네트워크에 의해 각각의 공장 제어 컴퓨터에 작동가능하게 연결된 통합 컴퓨터 시스템을 포함하는 도료 제조 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서, 도료 제조 공정을 제어하라는 지시가 도료 제조 위치에서 생산된 도료 제품내의 제조 성분의 비를 제어하는 지시를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서, 제조 공정 데이터를 교환하라는 지시가 다수의 각 도료 제조 위치로부터 도료 제조 공급 데이터를 접수하라는 지시를 포함하고, 통합 컴퓨터 시스템이 접수된 공급 데이터를 기준으로 공급 전달의 일정을 자동으로 짜라는 지시를 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서, 다수의 각 도료 제조 위치가 다수의 예비도료액 및 물로부터 베이스 도료를 생산하도록 구성된 유체 혼합 시스템을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서, 통합 컴퓨터 시스템이 또한 고객 컴퓨터로부터 고객 주문 데이터를 접수하도록 구성되고; 제조 공정 데이터를 교환하라는 지시가 접수된 고객 주문 데이터를 처리하고 고객 주문 데이터를 다수의 도료 제조 위치중 하나로 발송하라는 지시를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제28항에 있어서, 고객 주문 데이터를 발송하라는 지시가 다수의 도료 제조 위치로부터 통합 컴퓨터 시스템에서 접수된 위치 용량 데이터를 기준으로 발송하라는 지시를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서, 각 도료 제조 위치가 소규모 배치 판매 장소 공정을 위해 구성된 제조 위치를 포함하는 시스템.
