Claims (9)
- 2차원으로 직조되어 양 표면을 구성하고 평행한 층을 이루는 2차원 직물층과, 상기 2차원 직물층과 수직으로 직조되어 상기 2차원 직물층을 서로 연결하고, 동시에 상기 2차원 직물층 사이의 내측공간층을 형성하는 수직연결직물에 의해 3차원 직물 구조체를 구성하고, 상기 3차원 직물 구조체에 고분자 수지를 함침·경화시켜 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지의 함량비는 3차원 직물 구조체에 대하여 단위 면적당 40-50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 2차원 직물층과 수직으로 직조된 수직연결직물의 단위 면적당 섬유실의 수는, 4백만-5백만으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 2차원 직물층 및 수직연결직물로 구성된 3차원 직물구조체는, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 아라미드섬유, 합성섬유 및 세라믹섬유로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양 표면을 구성하는 2차원 직물층의 어느 한 직물층 표면 또는 2차원 직물층의 양 직물층 표면에, 표면의 매끄러움을 유지해주고 동시에 고분자 수지가 파열 또는 파단되는 것을 방지하기 위한 보강시트를 고분자 수지로 더 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지는 열경화성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 3차원 직물 구조체를 적어도 1개층 이상 더 적층하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 2차원 직물층과 수직으로 직조된 수직연결직물의 직조 모양은, 직물 자체의 스프링 특성으로 복원되기 쉽도록 "8"자 형태로 직조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제 1항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 샌드위치 패널의 한쪽 또는 양쪽 표면에 보강용 섬유 접착시트 또는 금속시트를 고분자 수지로 더 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
