Claims (5)
- 수용성수지, 경화제, 안료 및 통상의 첨가제로 이루어진 수용성 플라스틱용 도료 조성물에 있어서,상기 수용성수지로서 수용성아크릴우레탄 수지 10 ∼ 40 중량%(고형분 함량 기준)가 함유되어 있고, 상기 경화제로서 친수성기를 지닌 이소시아네이트 화합물 0.6 ∼ 0.9 중량%, 안료 2 ∼ 40 중량%, 및 통상의 첨가제 10 ∼ 30 중량%가 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 저온경화형 수용성 플라스틱 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성아크릴우레탄 수지와 친수성기를 지닌 이소시아네이트 화합물의 이소시아네이트기와 하이드록시기([NCO]/[OH])의 당량비가 0.9/1 ∼ 1.2/1인 것임을 특징으로 하는 저온경화형 수용성 플라스틱용 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성아크릴우레탄 수지는 수산기 값이 7 ∼ 12 mg KOH/g인 것임을 특징으로 하는 저온경화형 수용성 플라스틱용 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 화합물은 폴리에테르 친수성기를 갖는 헥사 디이소시아네이트 화합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 저온경화형 수용성 플라스틱 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 플라스틱 도료 조성물의 경화온도가 50 ∼ 60 ℃인 것임을 특징으로 하는 저온경화형 수용성 플라스틱 도료 조성물.
