Claims (3)
- 원형관과 이동층으로 조절된 공기를 주입하기 위한 공기주입부와, 주입된 공기를 원형관 내부와 이동층으로 원활히 공급하기 위하여 설치된 경사진 분사판과, 층 물질의 원활한 순환을 위해 주탑의 중앙에 설치된 원형관과, 하부에는 배출관이 설치되고 상부에는 입자의 비말동반을 줄이기 위해 하부보다 단면적이 넓은 프리보드가 설치된 주탑과, 비말입자를 포집하기 위한 사이클론으로 구성된 내부순환유동층 반응기에 있어서,상기 경사진 분산판 위로 하부에 다수개의 오리피스가 형성 된 원형관이 설치 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부순환유동층 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 원형관은 하부에 직경이 1.5~3㎝인 오리피스가 4개 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 순환유동층 반응기.
- 원형관 및 이동층으로 독립적으로 공기를 공급하여 반응기 내의 층 물질을 유동화 시킴으로서 반응효율을 높이도록된 내부 순환유동층 반응기의 조업에 있어서,상기 층 물질의 유동화는 하부에 다수개의 오리피스가 형성된 원형관이 경사진 분산판 위에 설치 고정된 내부 순환유동층 반응기에서 이루어 지도록 하되, 이동층으로 공급되는 공기유속은 최소유동화 속도의 0.5배에서 1.5배로 하고, 원형관으로 공급되는 공기 유속은 최소 유동화 속도의 7배~12배가 되도록 공기량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 순환유동층 반응기 내로 공급되는 가스의 혼합저감 방법.
