Claims (3)
- 폴리올레핀 섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 안정화제 및/또는 산화방지제를 0.03 내지 2.0중량함유하며 용융지수(MIa)가 10∼30인 폴리올레핀 폴리머를 익스트루더에서 압출용융시켜 MIb/MIa= 1.01∼1.50 (여기서 MIb는 용융폴리머의 용융지수)을 만족하는 용융지수를 갖는 용융 폴리머를 얻고, 이를 방사구금에서 토출하고 냉각고화하여 MIc/MIb= 1.5∼5.0(여기서 MIc는 방사된 섬유의 용융지수)을 만족하는 용융지수를 갖는 섬유를 얻는 공정들을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 방사된 섬유를 연신하여 MId/MIa= 2.0∼6.0(여기서 MId는 연신섬유 또는 스테이플의 용융지수)을 만족하는 용융지수를 갖는 연신섬유 또는 스테이플을 얻는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 방사에 사용되는 폴리올레핀이 이소택틱 지수가 90 내지 99의 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포용 폴리올레핀 섬유.
