Claims (15)
- 중합체 전해질 셀 또는 전지를 패키징하기 위한 구부러질 수 있는 다층 물질은,제 1금속 박막층과,제 2금속 박막층과,상기 제 1, 제 2금속 박막층 사이에 배치되는 중간 분리층과, 상기 중간 분리층은 상기 제 1금속 박막층과 상기 제 2금속 박막층 사이의 기 설정된 간격을 정하며,상기 제 1금속 박막층 상에 제 1자동-밀봉 물질로 형성되는 제 1층과, 상기 제 1층은 약 76㎛보다 얇은 두께를 가지며, 그리고상기 제 2금속 박막층 상에 제 2자동-밀봉 물질로 형성되는 제 2층과, 상기 제 2층은 약 76㎛보다 얇은 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구부러질 수 있는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1및 제 2금속 박막층들은 알루미늄으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구부러질 수 있는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1및 제 2금속 박막층들은 구리로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구부러질 수 있는 물질.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제 1및 제 2금속 박막층들은 약 2㎛에서 약 100㎛ 사이의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구부러질 수 있는 물질.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 제 1및 제 2금속 박막층들은 약 3㎛에서 약 18㎛ 사이의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구부러질 수 있는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1및 제 2자동-밀봉층들은 서린으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구부러질 수 있는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 분리층은 짜여진 직물, 포, 중합체 막, 접착제, 수지 막 그리고 이들의 조합들 그리고/또는 이들의 적층들로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 중간 분리층은 약 2㎛에서 100㎛ 사이의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 자동-밀봉층 또는 층들은 압력-반응 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 자동-밀봉층 또는 층들은 열가소성 또는 열경화성 열-반응 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 자동-밀봉층은 폴리올레핀(polyolefin) 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 자동-밀봉층은 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 혼합인 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 중합체 전해질 셀을 패키징하기위한 구부러질 수 있는 적층물은,제 1및 제 2알루미늄 박막층과, 상기 알루미늄 막박층들 각각은 약 2㎛에서 약 100㎛의 두께를 가지며,상기 알루미늄층들 사이에 위치되면서 약 2㎛에서 약 100㎛의 두께를 가지는 열가소성 물질의 내부 분리층과, 그리고상기 알루미늄 박막층들 각각에 적용되는 밀봉제와 접착 물질층들로 이루어지며, 상기 접착층들은 열가소성 중합체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구부러질 수 있는 적층물.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 내부층은 폴리에스터로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구부러질 수 있는 적층물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 접착층들은 서린으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구부러질 수 있는 적층물.
