Claims (5)
- 레이들로부터 공급되는 용융체를 저장하기 위한 저장용기 형상의 외피층과, 상기 외피층 내측에 형성된 내화물층으로 이루어진 연속주조공정용 턴디쉬에 있어서,상기 내화물층 상에 내열성 재료가 소정 두께로 피복되어 있는 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조공정용 턴디쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은 용융 용강을 내화물층 상에 피복시킴으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조공정용 턴디쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 턴디쉬 내의 용강을 주형으로 배출시킬 수 있도록 상기 외피층을 관통하여 형성된 배출구가 형성되어 있고, 상기 배출구 주위에는 상대적으로 높은 두께의 코팅층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조공정용 턴디쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이들로부터 상기 턴디쉬 내로 용강이 주입되는 부분에는 주입되는 용강의 초기 비산을 억제하기 위한 용강비산방지부재가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조공정용 턴디쉬.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 턴디쉬를 냉각시키기 위한 냉각수 관로가 상기 외피층에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조공정용 턴디쉬.
