Description
Claims (7)
- 배기관으로 통하는 환원제 파이프(4)를 가지며, 환원 촉매 컨버터로 안내되는 내연 기관의 배기관 섹션(2) 내로 환원제를 운반하기 위한 장치에 있어서,환원제 파이프(4)의 배출 단부에는 적어도 하나의 스프레이 개구(8) 및 가늘어지는 횡단면을 갖는 스프레이 헤드(6)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기관 섹션 내로 환원제를 운반하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 헤드(6)의 횡단면은 항상 일정한 기능에 상응하여 가늘어지며, 특히 구선형을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기관 섹션 내로 환원제를 운반하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 헤드(6)의 횡단면은 직선으로 가늘어지며, 특히 구선형을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기관 섹션 내로 환원제를 운반하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 헤드(6)의 축을 갖는 적어도 하나의 스프레이 개구는 적어도 5°, 특히 바람직하게는 대략 50°의 각을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기관 섹션 내로 환원제를 운반하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 스프레이 개구(8)는 상기 스프레이 헤드(6)에서 전체 크기에 맞게 분포되어 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기관 섹션 내로 환원제를 운반하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 개구(6)의 수, 스프레이 개구(들)의 구조, 배치 및 횡단면은 배기 가스 형태 또는 양 및 배기관 직경에 따라 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기관 섹션 내로 환원제를 운반하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환원제 파이프(4)에는 물이 공급될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기관 섹션 내로 환원제를 운반하기 위한 장치.
