Claims (36)
- 약 35인치 이하의 연신 거리를 사용하여 전구 부직물을 한 방향 이상으로 원래 길이의 약 1 내지 35% 신장함으로써 제조되고, 약 55인치 이상의 연신 거리를 사용하여 제조된 다른 유사 부직물보다 큰 히드로헤드(hydrohead) 내성을 갖는, 용융취입 웹을 포함하는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신이 1단계로 수행되는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신이 2단계 이상으로 수행되는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신이 3단계 이상으로 수행되는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구 부직물이 원래 길이의 약 3 내지 20%가 신장되는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구 부직물이 원래 길이의 약 4 내지 15%가 신장되는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구 부직물이 약 25인치 이하의 연신 거리를 사용하여 신장되는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구 부직물이 약 10인치 이하의 연신 거리를 사용하여 신장되는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구 부직물이 약 6인치 이하의 연신 거리를 사용하여 신장되는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 추가 층을 더 포함하는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 스펀본드 층을 더 포함하는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융취입 웹의 양면에 적층된 두 스펀본드 층을 추가로 포함하는 유연화된 부직물.
- 약 35인치 이하의 연신 거리 및 다단계 연신을 사용하여 전구 부직물을 한 방향 이상으로 신장함으로써 제조되고, 1단계 연신을 사용하여 제조된 다른 유사 부직물보다 큰 히드로헤드 내성 및 낮은 기본중량을 갖는, 용융취입 웹을 포함하는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 연신이 3단계 이상으로 수행되는 유연화된 부직물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 연신 거리가 약 25인치 이하인 유연화된 부직물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 연신 거리가 약 10인치 이하인 유연화된 부직물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 연신 거리가 약 6인치 이하인 유연화된 부직물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 원래 길이의 약 4 내지 20% 신장되는 유연화된 부직물.
