Description
Claims (10)
- 디스크 구동부에서 서보 제어기의 모델을 유효화하는 방법으로서, 상기서보 제어기는 디스크 구동부의 디스크 표면에 대하여 변환부를 이동시키기 위해 디스크 구동부에서 서보 시스템의 서보 액추에이터를 제어하도록 동작되는, 모델 유효화 방법에 있어서,(a) 디스크 구동부의 공칭 모델을 구성하는 단계를 포함하는데, 상기 공칭 모델은 디스크 구동부의 전형적인 역학관계를 나타내며;(b) 일 세트의 성능 제한에 의해 공칭 모델을 제한하는 단계를 포함하는데, 상기 성능 제한은 일 세트의 성능 가중 함수에 의해 가중되며;(c) 불확실성 설명서로 공칭 모델을 개선시키는 단계를 포함하는데, 상기 불확실성 설명서는 공칭 모델로부터 디스크 구동부의 역학 관계의 변화를 포착하고 일 세트의 불확실성 가중 함수에 의해 가중되며;(d) 제한되고 개선된 모델이 원하는 성능 레벨로 로버스트 제어를 제공하는지를 결정하는 단계; 및(e) 로버스트 제어가 원하는 성능 레벨로 달성될 때 까지 성능 가중 함수와 불확실성 가중 함수중 적어도 하나를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구성 단계는,(a)(i) 모델링될 디스크 구동부의 역학 특성을 나타내는 시스템 데이터를 획득하고 저장하는 단계; 및(a)(ii) 상기 시스템 데이터를 기초로하여 서보 시스템의 전형적인 역학관계를 나타내는 공칭 모델에서 파라미터를 규정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 개선단계는 복수의 디스크 구동부의 공칭 모델로부터 변화하는 복수의 디스크 구동부의 역학 특성을 나타내는 시스템 데이터를 기초로하여 불확실성 설명서를 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 결정단계는,(d)(i) 모델을 기초로한 제어기가 원하는 주파수 범위에서 안정성을 보존하는 최대 불확실성 레벨을 결정하는 단계;(d)(ii) 공칭 모델로부터 변화하는 복수의 디스크 구종부의 역학 특성의 원하는 부분을 설명하기 위하여 모델에 필요한 최소 불확실성 레벨을 결정하는 단계; 및(d)(iii) 상기 최대 불확실성 레벨과 상기 최소 불확실성 레벨을 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 결정단계 (d)(i)는 행렬 함수 μ(ω)를 구하는 단계, 원하는 주파수 범위에 걸쳐 μ(ω)를 평가하는 단계, 행렬 μg(ω)을 구하는 단계, 원하는 주파수 범위에 걸쳐 μg(ω)를 평가하는 단계, 및 원하는 주파수 범위에 걸쳐 μg(ω)과 μ(ω)를 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 획득 및 저장단계는 복수의 상이한 입력 신호에 대한 서보 시스템 응답을 나타내는 서보 응답 데이터를 구하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 개선 단계는,공칭 모델에서 불확실성을 설명하는 부가적 불확실성을 결정함으로써 불확실성 설명서를 획득하는 단계; 및공칭 모델에서 불확실성을 설명하는 승산적 불확실성을 결정함으로써 불확실성 설명서를 획득하는 단계중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 서보 액추에이터는 현가장치와 복수의 변환부를 운반하는 액추에이터 암을 위치설정하도록 동작되는 개략 액추에이터, 및 상기 개략 액추에이터에 대하여 복수의 변환부를 위치설정하도록 복수의 미세 액추에이터를 포함하며, 상기 구성 단계는 다중 입력, 다중 출력 서보 시스템으로서 공칭 모델을 구성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 개선 단계는 개략 액추에이터와 복수의 미세 액추에이터중 적어도 하나의 동시 이동을 고려하여 공칭 모델을 개선하기 위해 불확실성 설명서를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 디스크 구동부에서 서보 제어기의 모델을 유효화하기 위한 시스템으로서, 상기 서보 제어기는 디스크 구동부의 디스크 표면에 대하여 변환부를 이동시키기 위해 디스크 구동부의 서보 시스템에서 서보 액추에이터를 제어하도록 동작되는 모델 유효화 시스템에 있어서,상기 시스템은,디스크 구동부의 전형적인 역학관계를 나타내는 디스크 구동부의 공칭 모델을 구성하며;일 세트의 성능 가중 함수에 의해 가중되는 일 세트의 성능 제한에 의해 상기 공칭 모델을 제한하며;상기 공칭 모델로부터 디스크 구동부의 역학 변화를 포착하고 일 세트의 불확실성 가중 함수에 의해 가중되는 불확실성 설명서로 상기 공칭 모델을 개선시키며;상기 제한되고 개선된 공칭 모델이 원하는 성능 레벨이 원하는 성능 레벨로 로버스트 제어를 제공하는지를 결정하며; 및로버스트 제어가 원하는 성능 레벨에 도달할 때 까지 상기 성능 가중 함수와 불확실성 가중 함수중 적어도 하나를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
