- 셀룰로즈 물질 및 셀룰로즈 물질에 대하여 형성된 미네랄 네트워크를 포함하는 셀룰로즈 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종이 제품을 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미네랄 네트워크가 실리카/실리케이트 네트워크를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제품에서 생성되는 재가 도7 및 8의 SEM과 유사한 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ca-FLOCC지를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, Mg-FLOCC지를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, Si-FLOCC지를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재 함량 30% 이상에서, 기계 방향 파단길이가 약 2500 미터를 넘는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재 함량 35% 이상에서, 기계 방향 파단길이가 약 2500 미터를 넘는 제품.

- 셀룰로즈 물질, 1족 금속 실리케이트 및 2족 금속 염기 또는 염을 포함하는 혼합물을 얻는 단계; 및 약 7-8의 pH를 얻기에 충분한 시간동안 혼합물을 탄산화하여 셀룰로즈 물질에 중합된 미네랄 네트워크 및 침전된 카보네이트 충전재 물질을 포함하는 셀룰로즈 제품을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 미네랄 네트워크 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 1족 금속 실리케이트가 소듐 실리케이트인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 2족 금속 염기가 CaO이고 침전된 카보네이트 충전재 물질이 칼슘 카보네이트인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 혼합물을 탄산화시키는 것이 이산화탄소와 혼합물을 결합시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 약 40-60%의 셀룰로즈 물질, 약 1-20%의 1족 금속 실리케이트 및 약 1-45%의 2족 금속 염기 또는 염을 포함하는 혼합물을 얻는 단계; 이 혼합물을 탄산화시켜 셀룰로즈 물질 주위에 중합된 미네랄 네트워크 및 침전된 카보네이트 충전재 물질을 생성시키는 단계; 및 이 혼합물을 종이 제품으로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 종이 제품 제조 방법.

- 제22항에 있어서, 혼합물을 탄산화시키는 것이 이산화탄소와 혼합물을 결합시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 1족 금속 실리케이트가 소듐 실리케이트인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 2족 금속 염기 또는 염이 칼슘 염기 또는 염인 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 2족 금속 염기 또는 염이 칼슘염인 방법.
- 약 40-60%의 셀룰로즈 물질, 약 1-20%의 소듐 실리케이트 및 약 1-45%의 CaO를 포함하는 혼합물을 얻는 단계; CO2를 사용하여 이 혼합물을 탄산화시켜 셀룰로즈 물질 주위에 중합된 실리카/칼슘 실리케이트 네트워크 및 침전된 카보네이트 충전재 물질을 생성시키는 단계; 및 이 혼합물을 종이 제품으로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 종이 제품 제조 방법.

- 전분 제공 단계; 전분을 전분 과립으로 가공하는 단계; 및 충전재 입자를 전분 과립과 혼합시켜 충전재 입자-전분 응집물을 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 종이 제품 제조에 유용한 충전재 입자를 미리 응집시키는 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 전분이 콩과 전분, 감자 전분, 옥수수 전분 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 전분이 완두콩 전분인 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 전분이 감자 전분인 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 전분 가공 단계가 수성 전분 분산액을 제조하는 단계; 및 이 분산액을 전분 그래뉼 제조에 충분한 시간동안 충분한 온도로 가열하는 방법을 포함하는 방법.
- 제36항에 있어서, 수성 전분 분산액 제조 단계가 냉수에 전분을 가하여 약 1-10 중량%의 전분을 포함하는 분산액을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제36항에 있어서, 수성 전분 분산액 제조 단계가 냉수에 전분을 가하여 약 5-7 중량%의 전분을 포함하는 분산액을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제36항에 있어서, 분산액을 가열하는 것이 약 60-120℃의 온도로 분산액을 가열하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제36항에 있어서, 분산액을 가열하는 것이 약 80-90℃의 온도로 분산액을 가열하는 것을 포함하는 방법.

- 콩과 전분, 감자 전분, 옥수수 전분 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 전분을 제공하는 단계; 이 전분을 전분 과립으로 가공하는 단계; 상기 전분 과립을 충전재 입자와 혼합시켜 충전재 입자-전분 응집물을 얻는 단계; 및 이 응집물을 셀룰로즈 퍼니쉬와 조합하여 종이 제품을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 종이 제품 제조 방법.
- 제47항에 있어서, 공정 단계가 약 1-10 중량%의 전분을 가지는 수성 전분 분산액을 얻는 단계; 및 이 분산액을 약 60-120℃의 온도에서 충분한 시간동안 가열하여 과립 크기가 약 40-70μm인 전분 과립을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제47항에 있어서, 완두콩 전분인 방법.
- 제47항에 있어서, 전분이 감자 전분인 방법.
- 제47항에 있어서, 수성 전분 분산액 제조 단계가 냉수에 전분을 가하여 약 5-7 중량%의 전분을 포함하는 분산액을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제48항에 있어서, 분산액을 가열하는 것이 약 80-90℃의 온도로 분산액을 가열하는 것을 포함하는 방법.

- 완두콩 전분을 제공하는 단계; 냉수에 완두콩 전분을 가하여 약 1-10 중량%의 전분을 포함하는 수성 완두콩 전분 분산액을 제조하는 단계; 이 분산액을 충분한 시간동안 약 70-90℃의 온도로 가열하여 과립 크기가 약 40-70μm인 전분 과립을 얻는 단계; 수성 전분 분산액에 양이온화제를 가하는 단계; PCC, 분쇄한 칼슘 카보네이트, 백묵, 진흙, 티타늄 디옥사이드, 탤크, 돌로마이트, 칼슘 설페이트, 바륨 설페이트, 카올린, 알루미늄 하이드록사이드, 새틴 화이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 충전재 입자를 전분 과립과 혼합시켜 충전재 입자-전분 응집물을 제조하는 단계; 및 충전재 입자-전분 과립 응집물을 셀룰로즈 퍼니쉬와 조합하여 종이 제품을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 종이 제품 제조 방법.
- 제55항에 있어서, 수성 완두콩 전분 분산액 제조 단계가 냉수에 완두콩 전분을 가하여 약 5-7 중량%의 전분을 포함하는 분산액을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제55항에 있어서, 분산액을 가열하는 것이 약 80-90℃의 온도로 분산액을 가열하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제55항에 있어서, 전분 과립의 평균 크기가 약 50-60μm인 방법.
- 제32항의 방법으로 제조한 종이.

- 전분을 가공하여 전분 과립을 얻고 충전재 입자와 이 전분 과립을 혼합하여 충전재 입자-전분 응집물을 얻음으로써 종이 제품 제조에 유용한 충전재 입자를 미리 응집시키는 단계; 셀룰로즈 부분을 제공하는 단계; 및 충전재 입자-전분 응집물을 셀룰로즈 부분에 조합시키는 것과 동시에 또는 그 이후에 셀룰로즈 부분에 미네랄 네트워크를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 종이 제품 제조 방법.
