Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- i) 중합된 불포화 화합물의 중합체 주쇄 20 내지 95 중량%,ii) 코발트 기재의 촉매적 사슬 이동제를 사용하여 제조되며 중량 평균 분자량이 약 1,000 내지 30,000인, 불포화 산 관능성 단량체 약 5 중량% 이상을 포함하는 거대단량체 5 내지 80 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 주쇄는 아미노 관능성 중합성 성분을 전체 중합성 불포화 화합물의 0.5 내지 30 중량%로 포함하고, 음이온적으로 안정되고 중량 평균 분자량이 3,000 이상인 그래프트 공중합체 에멀젼.
- 결합제 성분으로서,a) 제1항의 그래프트 공중합체 에멀젼의 고상물 20 내지 95 중량%,b) 폴리이소시아네이트 경화제의 고상물 5 내지 80 중량%, 및c) 다른 필름 형성 중합체 0 내지 75 중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수계 코팅 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2급 아미노 관능성 단량체가 t-부틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트인 수계 코팅 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매적 사슬 이동제가 Co(II) 또는 Co(III)의 디알킬- 또는 디아릴-글리옥심의 보론디플루오로 안정화 킬레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 수계 코팅 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 그래프트 공중합체가 중합체 주쇄 60 내지 95 중량% 및 거대단량체 5 내지 40 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 중합체 주쇄는 비닐 방향족 화합물 5 내지 50 중량%, 알킬 아크릴레이트, 시클로알킬 아크릴레이트 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물 10 내지 70 중량%, 히드록시 관능성 중합성 아크릴레이트, 히드록시 관능성 중합성 메타크릴레이트 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물 5 내지 40 중량% 및 2급 아미노 관능성 단량체 1 내지 8 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 거대단량체는 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 시클로알킬 메타크릴레이트 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물 10 내지 90 중량%, 히드록시 관능성 메타크릴레이트 0 내지 40 중량%, 2급 아미노 관능성 메타크릴레이트 0 내지 20 중량% 및 불포화 산 관능성 단량체 5 내지 80 중량%를 포함하며 상기 거대단량체의 중량 평균 분자량이 1,500 내지 10,000인 수계 코팅 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 경화제가 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 유도체, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트의 유도체, m-크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트의 유도체 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 그래프트 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 약 3,000 내지 80,000으로 조정되는 양으로 첨가되는 중합도 2 내지 10의 올리고머 메타크릴레이트를 더 포함하는 수계 코팅 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 산 관능성 단량체가 메타크릴산이고 그래프트 공중합체가 아민으로 중화되는 수계 코팅 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 보조 결합제 및 가교제, 첨가제, 안료 및 증량제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물의 고상물 0 내지 75 중량%, 소수성 폴리이소시아네이트 0 내지 75 중량% 및 친수성 폴리이소시아네이트 25 내지 100 중량%를 더 포함하는 수계 코팅 조성물.
