Claims (7)
- 고성능 스위치드-커패시터 아날로그 회로, 예컨대 고성능 아날로그·디지털 변환기에 사용하기 위한 폴디드-캐시코드 연산 증폭회로의 구조에서 N- 및 P-브랜치용으로 비대칭 캐시코드를 사용하는 방법에 있어서, 장치들이 더 낮은 이득을 갖는 경우에 더 많은 캐시코드 장치들이 브랜치에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캐시코드 장치가 폴디드-캐시코드 연산 증폭회로 구조의 P-브랜치에 하나 더 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단일 캐시코드 NMOS 전류원 쌍(M6, M8과 M7, M9)에서 NMOS 전류원 쌍(M6과 M7)에 제어신호를 발생시키기 위해서, 상기 제어선호가 완전 차동 출력신호의 공통-모드 성분에 대한 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 폴디드-캐시코드 연산 증폭회로 구조의 N- 및 P-브랜치에 비대칭 캐시코드를 사용하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 완전 차동 입력신호는 NMOS쌍(M0과 M1)에 인가되도록 공급되는 것으로서, 상기 신호들은 이중 캐시코드 PMOS 쌍들(M4와 M5, M10과 M11)을 통과하고, 단일 캐시코드 NMOS 전류원 쌍들(M6, M8과 M7, M9)을 이용하여 상기 신호들을 종료시킴으로써 완전 차동 출력신호가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, NMOS 트랜지스터(M12)는 상기 NMOS 쌍(M0과 M1)에 바이어스 전류를 공급하는데 이용되고, PMOS 트랜지스터 쌍(M2와 M3)이 이중 캐시코드 PMOS 쌍들(M4와 M5, M10과 M11)에 바이어스 전류를 공급하는데 이용되며, 제어신호는 상기 단일 캐시코드 NMOS 전류원쌍(M6, M8과 M7, M9)의 NMOS 전류원 트랜지스터 쌍(M6과 M7)을 바이어스하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 단일 캐시코드 NMOS 전류원 쌍(M6, M8과 M7, M9)의 NMOS 전류원 트랜지스터 쌍(M6과 M7)에 제어신호를 발생시키는 장치에 있어서, 폴디드-캐시코드 연산 증폭회로를 실현하는 장치로부터의 완전 차동신호들이 NMOS 쌍(M35와 M36)에 인가되도록 공급되고, 저항 쌍(137과 138)은 상기 NMOS 쌍(M35와 M36)에 인가된 완전 차동 신호들의 합에 비례한 신호를 발생시키는데 이용되며, 상기 신호와 NMOS 트랜지스터(M39)에 의해 레벨 시프트되는 공통-모드 레퍼런스 신호(Vcm)가 PMOS 쌍(M66과 M67)에 인가되며, NMOS 트랜지스터들(M68과 M69)에 연결된 두 개의 다이오드가 상기 PMOS 쌍(M66과 M67)에 대한 부하로서 제공되고, 그리고 제어신호가 NMOS 부하 트랜지스터들 중 하나(M69)의 드레인에서 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, NMOS 트랜지스터 쌍(M33과 M34)이 상기 NMOS 쌍(M35와 M36)의 바이어스 전류를 위해 설치되고, NMOS 트랜지스터(M40)은 상기 NMOS 트랜지스터(M39)의 바이어스 전류를 위해 설치되며, 그리고 PMOS 트랜지스터들(M64와 M65)은 캐시코드 전류원을 형성하여 상기 PMOS 쌍(M66과 M67)의 바이어스 전류를 공급하기 위해 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
