Claims (20)
- 수성 유화성 이소시아네이트와 소수성인 1차 히드록실기를 함유하는 화합물의 반응생성물로 이루어진 프라이머;이소시아네이트와 활성 수소를 함유하는 물질로 되는 유사 프리폴리머, 1 이상의 아민 수지 및 1 이상의 아민이 말단에 치환된 사슬 연장제의 반응생성물로 이루어진 폴리우레아 엘라스토머로 이루어진 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 프라이머 내에서 상기 수성 유화성 이소시아네이트 대 소수성의 1차 히드록실기를 함유하는 화합물의 부피피가 약 1.5:1 내지 약 1:1.5의 범위인 것인 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머는 추가적으로 프로필렌 카보네이트를 함유하는 것인 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 중의 아민 수지가 아민이 말단에 치환된 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올인 것인 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레아 엘라스토머의 유사 프리폴리머 중의 이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 테트라알킬 자일렌 디이소시아네이트의 2 작용기 모노머, 시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트, 1,12-도데칸 디이소시아네이트, 1,4-테트라메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 및 디시클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 지환족 이소시아네이트; m-페닐렌 디이소시아네이트, p-페닐렌 디이소시아네이트, 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 디이소시아네이트, 2,4-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 디아니시딘 디이소시아네이트; 바이톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 나프탈렌-1,4-디이소시아네이트 및 디페닐렌 4,4'-디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 방향족 이소시아네이트; 및 자일릴렌-1,3-디이소시아네이트, bis(4-이소시아네이토페닐)메탄, bis(3-메틸-4-이소시아네이토페닐)메탄 및 4,4'-디페닐프로판 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 지방족/방향족 디이소시아네이트와 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 이소시아네이트의 군에서 선택되는 것인 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 중의 아민이 말단에 치환된 사슬 연장제가 지방족, 지환족 또는 방향족 디아민 사슬 연장제로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성의 1차 히드록실기를 함유하는 화합물이 피마자유와 1 내지 2의 1차 히드록실기를 가지는 에틸렌과 부틸렌의 코폴리머로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 시스템.
- 수성 유화성 이소시아네이트와 소수성인 1차 히드록실기를 함유하는 화합물의 반응생성물로 이루어진 프라이머를 기질에 도포하고;이소시아네이트와 활성 수소를 함유하는 물질로 되는 유사 프리폴리머, 1 이상의 아민 수지 및 1 이상의 아민이 말단에 치환된 사슬 연장제로 부터 제조된 폴리우레아 엘라스토머를 프라이머가 도포되어 있는 상기 기질 상에 도포하는 것으로 이루어지는 기질 상에 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 코팅을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 프라이머를 도포하기 전에 물로 기질을 적시는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인 기질 상에 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 코팅을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 프라이머가 경화되기 전에 기질 상에 폴리우레아 엘라스토머를 도포하는 것인 기질 상에 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 코팅을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 기질이 콘크리트, 목재, 금속, 아스팔트, 석고, 타일, 모르타르, 그라우트, 및 벽돌로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 기질 상에 폴리우레아 엘라스토머 코팅을 도포하는 방법.
