Abstract

본 발명은 현수막 게시대를 3면으로 형성하고, 게시대 일측에 설치된 체인기어들이 모터와 연결된 체인에 의하여 회전되도록 한 구성과; 모터의 전원은 주변전기를 사용하거나 현수막 게시대 상단부에 태양 전지판을 설치하여 이로부터 발생되는 전기를 이용하여 모터를 구동할 수 있도록 구성시켜 현수막을 하나의 게시대에 3개씩 설치한 후 게시대를 모터의 구동에 따라서 체인으로 각각 회전 시켜 한 위치에 3개의 현수막이 게시되도록 함으로서, 좁은 장소에서 많은 현수막을 게시 함과 동시에 시각적인 효과가 발생되도록 하여 통행자의 시선이 집중되도록 하므로서 홍보효과를 향상시킬 수 있도록 함과 동시에 도시의 미관을 질서 정현하고 깨끗하게 할 수 있도록 발명 된 것이다.

Description

현수막 자동 회전 장치{AN EQUIPMENT ROTARY AUTOMATIC PLACARD}
본 발명은 현수막을 설치할 수 있도록 된 게시대 장치에 관한 것으로서, 현수막 게시대가 3면으로 이루어지고 일측에 설치된 체인기어가 모터 체인기어와 함께 체인으로 연결되도록 하고, 이의 모터 구동을 전기 또는 태양열전지를 이용할 수 있도록 하여 3면 게시대가 순차적으로 회전 할 수 있도록 하므로서 홍보 효과를 높히고 한정된 게시대에 더욱 많은 현수막을 게시할 수 있도록 발명 된 현수막 자동 회전 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 현수막 게시 장치는 사람이 많이 왕래하는 도로변에 두개의 파이프를 설치하여 그 사이에 현수막이 설치하도록 하고 있으나 이러한 현수막 설치 방법은 상단에서 부터 일열로 순차적으로 설치하고 나면 더 이상 추가로 설치할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 설치된 현수막이 늘어게 되므로서, 시간이 지남에 따라서 무질서 하게 되고 미관상 좋지 않아 오히려 통행자들이 외면함에 따라 홍보를 위한 현수막 게시가 효과를 발생시키지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 문제점을 감안하여 창안한 것으로서, 현수막 게시대를 3면으로 형성하고, 게시대 일측에 설치된 체인기어들이 모터와 연결된 체인에 의하여 회전되도록 한 구성과; 모터의 전원은 주변전기를 사용하거나 현수막 게시대 상단부에 태양 전지판을 설치하여 이로부터 발생되는 전기를 이용하여 모터를 구동할 수 있도록 구성시켜 현수막을 하나의 게시대에 3개씩 설치한 후 게시대를 모터의 구동에 따라서 체인으로 각각 회전 시켜 한 위치에 3개의 현수막이 게시되도록 함으로서, 좁은 장소에서 많은 현수막을 게시 함과 동시에 시각적인 효과가 발생되도록 하여 통행자의 호기심과 시선이 집중되도록 하므로서 홍보 효과를 향상시킬 수 있도록 한것이다.

이하 첨부 도면에 의거하여 본 발명의 실시예를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 현수막(20)이 설치되도록 3면이 형성된 게시대(1)를 양측에 입설된 지주(7)에 다단으로 설치하되 게시대(1) 양측 축(2)은 베어링(3)이 개재되고, 일측 측(2)에는 체인기어(4)을 설치하여 하단에 구비된 모터(5)축의 체인기어(4')와 체인(6)으로 연결시켜 게시대(1)가 각기 회전할 수 있도록된 구성과;
상기 게시대(1) 양측 지주(7)는 조립식 케이스(8)로 포삽되고, 하단 모터축의 체인기어(4')일측에 센서(9)가 부착되어 3면으로 형성된 게시대(1)가 1면씩 순차적으로 회전할 수 있도록 된 구성과;
상기 게시대(1)를 회전시키는 모터(5)의 전원을 주변의 전기를 이용하여 구동시키거나 또는 배터리(10)을 설치하여 모터(5)를 구동시킬 수 있도록된 구성과;
상기 모터(5)의 구동을 현수막 지주(7) 케이스(8) 상단에 태양전지판(11)을 설치하여 그로부터 발생되는 전기를 모터(5)에 직접 공급하여 체인기어(4)(4')를 회전시킬 수 있도록 하거나 또는 태양전지판(11)에서 발생된 전기를 배터리(10)를 충전시킬 수 있도록 된 구성이다.
본 고안의 다른 실시예로서, 지주(7) 사이에 설치되는 게시대(1)를 세워지도록 좌우로 나란히 설치하고, 하단부 축(2)에 설치된 체인기어(4)와 모터(5)축의 체인기어(4')를 체인(6)으로 연결시켜 게시대(1)가 회전할 수 있도록된 구성이다. 미설명 부호 12는 감속기어이고, 13은 현수막을 게시대에 설치할 수 있도록된 걸고리 이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 현수막(20) 상하 양측끈을 게시대(1)의 걸고리(13)에 단단히 묶는 방식으로 게시대(1) 3면에 현수막을 설치할 수 있게된다.
상기 게시대(1)에 설치된 걸고리(13)에는 별도의 스프링을 장착한 후 현수막(20)의 끈을 스프링(도시없음)이 인장되도록 고정시키면 현수막(20)은 게시대(1)에서 팽팽하게 설치되어 늘어지는 현상이 없으며, 또는 게시대의 제질이 목재나 합성수지 재질로 형성된 것이므로 현수막 설치면에 현수막 천을 대응시킨 후 스테그플러 또는 압핀등으로 설치할 수 도 있다.
상기와 같이 현수막이 게시대(1)에 설치되면 일측에 설치된 모터전원스위치(도시없음)를 "0N"시키면 전원이 인가되어 모터(5)가 구동되는 동시에 모터축에 고정된 체인기어(4')가 회전하면서 체인(6)으로 상부에 다단으로 설치된 게시대(1)일측 체인기어(4)를 회전 시킴으로서, 게시대(1)는 롤식으로 회전하면서 게시대(1) 3면에 설치된 현수막이 전면으로 표출되어 통행자가 볼수 있도록 된 것이다.
이때 게시대(1)의 3면중 한면에만 현수막이 설치되었을 경우에는 설치된 면이 전방으로 향하도록 한 후 체인기어(4)에 축이 삽입되도된 연결부싱(통상적으로 동력전달 또는 동력을 끊는 동작을 겸하여 축을 설치할 경우 이용되는 것으로 통상적인 것임) 이용하여 체인기어와 약간 유격시킴으로서 게시대(1)는 회전하지 않고 제자리에서 고정된 상태를 유지하게 된다. 따라서 일면만 현수막이 설치된 게시대(1)는 체인(6)이 회전 되더라도 고정된 상태를 유지하고 나머지 게시대(1)만 회전하게 된다.
상기의 게시대(1) 양측에는 지주(7)가 설치되고 이의 지주(7) 내면과 게시대축이 대응되는 지점에 베어링(3)이 설치되고, 베어링은 체인기어(4)가 끼워진 축과 연결되어 부드럽게 회전할 수 있도록 하며, 이의 지주(7) 외면에는 베어링과 체인기어 등이 보호될 수 있도록 조립식 케이스(8)가 포삽되도록 씌워진것이다.
또한 본고안의 다른 실시예로서, 모터(5)의 구동전원을 주변에는 전기를 이용하지 못할 경우에는 별도의 배터리(10)를 설치하여 사용할 수 있으며, 방전된 배터리는 교체하여 사용할 수 도 있지만 도3과 같이 지주(7)를 포삽하고 있는 케이스(8) 상단에 태양전지판(11)을 설치하여 이로부터 발생되는 전기를 이용하여 배터리(10)를 게속 충전되도록 하여 배터리의 방전을 막을 수 있으며, 필요에 따라서 배터리(10)를 설치하지 않고, 태양전지판(11)에서 얻어지는 전기를 직접 모터에 사용하여 구동할 수 있게된다.
본 고안의 또 다른 실시예로서, 도4와 같이 현수막이 3면으로 게시되는 게시대(1)가 상하로 설치되지 않고 좌우로 나란히 설치시킨 후 하단 각각의 축에 체인기어(4)를 설치하고 이를 모터(5)의 체인기어(4')와 체인(6)으로 연결되도록 한 것으로서, 현수막 설치장소가 좁을 경우 게시대를 3개 내지는 4개를 세워지도록 설치하여 회전시키면 기존의 현수막 4개 설치 장소로 본 발명에서는 12개의 현수막을 설치할 수 있게 된 것이다.
상기와 같이된 본 발명은 현수막이 설치되는 게시대(1)를 삼각형으로 형성한 후 양측단에 축을 구비시키고 이의 축상에는 베어링과 체인기어 및 연결부싱이 끼워져 게시대를 선택적으로 회전시킬 수 있도록 함과 동시에 게시대의 증설 또는 축소 설치할 수 있도록 하고, 게시대의 회전이 순차적으로 정확하게 회전 하도록 타임어를 갖는 센서를 장착시켜 모터의 회전 간격을 조절할 수 있도록 된 것이다.
상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 현수막 게시 장치는 현수막 뿐만 아니라 전후면에 유리장치와 점등장치를 하여 기업, 지역자치구 등의 홍보용 광고판으로도 사용할 수 있게 된 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 발명은 게시대를 삼면으로 형성하여 삼면에 각각의 현수막을 설치하여 회전시켜 주므로서 기존의 5개의 현수막이 설치되는 공간에 15개의 현수막을 설치하는 동시에 게시대를 회전시켜 주므로서, 이 옆을 지나가는 통행자로 하여금 관심과 호기심을 유발시켜 현수막에 시선을 집중시켜 홍보 효과를 증진시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 현수막(20)이 설치되도록 3면이 형성된 게시대(1)를 양측에 입설된 지주(7)에 다단으로 설치하되 게시대(1) 양측 축(2)은 베어링(3)이 개재되고, 일측 축(2)에는 체인기어(4)을 설치하여 하단에 구비된 모터(5)축의 체인기어(4')와 체인(6)으로 연결시켜 게시대(1)가 각기 회전할 수 있도록된 구성과;
    상기 게시대(1) 양측 지주(7)는 조립식 케이스(8)로 포삽되고, 하단 모터축의 체인기어(4')일측에 타이머와 연결된 센서(9)가 부착되어 3면으로 형성된 게시대(1)가 1면씩 순차적으로 회전할 수 있도록 하고 이의 작동을 모터(5)로 구동시킬 수 있도록 된 구성을 특징으로 하는 현수막 자동 회전 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모터(5)의 구동을 현수막 지주(7) 케이스(8) 상단에 태양전지판(11)을 설치하여 그로부터 발생되는 전기를 모터(5)에 직접 공급하여 체인기어(4)(4')를 회전시킬 수 있도록 한 구성을 특징으로 하는 현수막 자동 회전 장치.
