Claims (11)
- 비닐계 (공)중합체 (A) 0.1∼45 중량% 및 실리콘고무 (B) 55∼99.9 중량%로 되는 중합체 입자를 포함하는 수성에멀젼으로, 중합체 입자의 수평균입자경이 0.008∼0.1 ㎛ 이고, 입자경분포의 변동계수가 65 % 이하이고, 유화제의 함유량이 실리콘고무 (B) 100 중량부에 대하여 10 중량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘고무계 입자 함유 수성에멀젼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 시안화 비닐계 단량체, 할로겐화 비닐계 단량체, (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체, 카르복실기 함유 비닐계 단량체 및 공역디엔계 단량체로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 비닐계 단량체 (a) 0.1∼40 중량부를 유화중합하여 얻어지는 비닐계 (공)중합체 (A)를 포함하는 수성에멀젼에, 오르가노실록산 및 2관능 실란화합물 50∼100 중량%, 3관능 이상의 실란화합물 0∼50 중량% 및 중합성 비닐기 함유 실란화합물 0∼50 중량%로 되는 실리콘고무 형성성분 (b) 60∼99.9 중량부를, 비닐계 단량체 (a)와 실리콘고무 형성성분 (b)의 합계량이 100 중량부가 되도록 첨가하여 중합하므로써 얻어지는 실리콘고무계 입자 함유 수성에멀젼.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항 기재의 실리콘고무계 입자 함유 수성에멀젼을 응고, 탈수 및 건조시키므로써 얻어지는 실리콘고무계 입자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항 기재의 실리콘고무계 입자 함유 수성에멀젼의 존재하에 비닐계 단량체 (c)를 중합시키므로써 얻어지는 실리콘고무계 그라프트 공중합체 입자 함유 수성에멀젼.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 실리콘고무계 입자 함유 수성에멀젼에 포함되는 중합체 입자 5∼95 중량부에 대하여 비닐계 단량체 (c) 95∼5 중량부를 합계량이 100 중량부가 되도록 중합시키므로써 얻어지는 실리콘고무계 그라프트 공중합체 입자 함유 수성에멀젼.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 비닐계 단량체 (c)가 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 시안화 비닐계 단량체, 할로겐화 비닐계 단량체, (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체 및 카르복실기 함유 비닐계 단량체로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 실리콘고무계 그라프트 공중합체 입자 함유 수성에멀젼.
- 제 4 항, 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항 기재의 실리콘고무계 그라프트 공중합체 입자 함유 수성에멀젼을 응고, 탈수 및 건조시키므로써 얻어지는 실리콘고무계 그라프트 공중합체 입자.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 기재의 실리콘고무계 입자 0.1∼100 중량부와 열가소성수지 100 중량부로 되는 열가소성수지 조성물.
- 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항 기재의 실리콘고무계 그라프트 공중합체 입자 1∼150 중량부와 열가소성수지 100 중량부로 되는 열가소성수지 조성물.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 열가소성수지가, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리스티렌, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴-N-페닐말레이미드 공중합체, α-메틸스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 폴리메타크릴산메틸, 메타크릴산메틸-스티렌 공중합체, ABS 수지, AAS 수지, AES 수지, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 아크릴고무 함유 내충격성 개량제, 아크릴·실리콘 복합고무 함유 내충격성 개량제 및 부타디엔고무 함유 내충격성 개량제로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 수지인 열가소성수지 조성물.
- 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 시안화 비닐계 단량체, 할로겐화 비닐계 단량체, (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체, 카르복실기 함유 비닐계 단량체 및 공역디엔계 단량체로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 비닐계 단량체 (a) 0.1∼40 중량부를 유화중합하여 얻어지는 비닐계 (공)중합체 (A)를 포함하는 수성에멀젼에, 오르가노실록산 및 2관능 실란화합물 50∼100 중량%, 3관능 이상의 실란화합물 0∼50 중량% 및 중합성 비닐기 함유 실란화합물 0∼50 중량% (합계량은 100 중량%이다)로 되는 실리콘고무 형성성분 (b) 60∼99.9 중량부를, 비닐계 단량체 (a)와 실리콘고무 형성성분 (b)의 합계량이 100 중량부가 되도록 첨가하여 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 기재의 실리콘고무계 입자 함유 수성에멀젼의 제조방법.
