- 하기의 일반식 :(A1-XRX)0ㆍn[(Fe1-yMy)2O3] (원자 비율)(단, A는 Sr및/또는 Ba이며, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류 원소의 적어도 1종이며, M은 Co, Mn, Ni 및 Zn으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이며, x, y 및 n은 각각 하기의 조건 :0.01 ≤y ≤[x/(1.6n)], 및5≤n≤6을 만족하는 숫자이다.)에 의하여 나타나는 기본 조성을 가지며, 실질적으로 마그네토 플럼바이트형 결정구조를 가지는 페라이트 자석에 있어서, 상기 R 원소 및/또는 상기 M원소가 화합물의 상태로 하소후의 분쇄공정에서 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 R원소가 La, Nd, Pr, Ce로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, La를 반드시 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 R원소가 La 단독인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 M원소가 Co 단독인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 M원소가 Co와 Mn 및/또는 Ni이며, Mn을 함유하는 경우는 그 함유량이 0.4 원자% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 M원소가 Ni 및/또는 Mn이며, Mn을 함유하는 경우는 그 함유량이 0.4 원자% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 R원소 및/또는 상기 M원소가 산화물 또는 수산화물의 상태로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 하소 후의 미분쇄 공정에서 철화합물이 더욱 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 철화합물의 후첨가량이 철의 전체 함유량의 0.1~11중량%(철원소 기준)인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 R원소의 농도가 상기 마그네토 플럼바이트형 결정 입자 내 보다도 입자 경계에서 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 R원소가 La이며, 상기 M원소가 Co이며, 또한 20℃에서 4,100G 이상의 잔류 자속밀도 Br과 4,000 Oe 이상의 보자력 iHc와 92.3% 이상의 각형비 (Hk/iHc)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 R원소가 La이며, 상기 M원소가 Co와 Mn 및/또는 Zn이며, 또한 20℃에서 4,200G 이상의 잔류 자속밀도 Br과 3,000 Oe 이상의 보자력 iHc와 93.5% 이상의 각형비 (Hk/iHc)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.

- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 R원소가 La, Nd, Pr, Ce로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, La를 반드시 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.

- 제 28 항에 있어서, 상기 R원소가 La, Nd, Pr, Ce로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 산화물 또는 수산화물을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석의 제조 방법.
- 제 28 항 또는 제 29 항에 있어서, 상기 M원소의 화합물로서 Co 화합물만을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석의 제조 방법.
- 제 28 항 또는 제 29 항에 있어서, 상기 M원소의 화합물로서 Co 화합물과 Mn 화합물 및/또는 Ni 화합물을 첨가하고, Mn 화합물을 첨가하는 경우는 Mn 원소의 함유량이 0.4 원자% 이상으로 되는 양으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석의 제조 방법.

- 제 37 항에 있어서, 상기 R원소가 La, Nd, Pr, Ce로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 산화물 또는 수산화물을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석의 제조 방법.
- 제 37 항 또는 제 38 항에 있어서, 상기 M원소의 화합물로서 Co 화합물만을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석의 제조 방법.
- 제 37 항 또는 제 38 항에 있어서, 상기 M원소의 화합물로서 Co 화합물과 Mn 화합물 및/또는 Ni 화합물을 첨가하고, Mn 화합물을 첨가하는 경우는 Mn 원소의 함유량이 0.4 원자% 이상으로 되는 양으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석의 제조 방법.

- 하기의 일반식:(A1-X-RX)0 ㆍn[(Fe1-y-My)2O3](원자비율)(단, A는 Sr 및/또는 Ba 이고, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류 원소의 적어도 1종인 La를 반드시 포함하고, M은 Co 또는 Co와 Zn 및/또는 Mn이고, x, y 및 n는 각기 하기 조건:0.01 ≤x ≤0.4,[x/(2.6n)] ≤y ≤[x/(1.6n)], 및5 ≤n ≤6을 만족한 숫자이다)에 의해 나타나는 기본조성을 갖고, 실질적으로 마그네트 플럼바이트형 결정구조를 갖는 페라이트 자석에 있어서,상기 페라이트 자석의 자화-온도곡선에서 2개의 퀴리점을 가짐과 함께, 상기 자화-온도곡선의 접선을 자화=0(횡축)의 방향으로 당겨질 때 그 점선에 대해서 상기 자화-온도곡선에서 오목부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- (추가) 제 46항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트 자석의 c면을 분광결정이 플로오르화리튬(LiF)이고, 가속전압 15kV, 가속전류 0.1㎂, 조사빔 직경 1㎛의 조건으로 하는 EPMA에 의해 플란 분석한 때의 La의 계수 흩어짐을 Δ(c.p.s.)로 한 경우, Δ(c.p.s.)=0.15 내지 0.65인 것을 특징으로하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 46 항 또는 제 47 항에 있어서, M이 Co단독이고, 20℃에서 4,100G 이상의 잔류자속밀도 Br과 4,000 0e이상의 보자력 iHc와 92.3% 이상의 각형비(Hk/iHc)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 46 항 내지 제 48 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 4πI(단위 kG) -H(단위 k0e) 감자곡선에서 -40℃, 파미안스 계수(pi)가 pi≥3의 조건에서의 한계감자계강도(ΔH)가 1,000 0e이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 46 항 또는 제 47 항에 있어서, M은 Co와 Zn 및/또는 Mn이고, 20℃에서 4,200G이상의 잔류자속밀도 Br과 3,0000e이상의 보자력 iHc와 93.5% 이상의 각형비(Hk/iHc)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 46 항 또는 제 47 항에 있어서, 라지엘 이방성 또는 극이방성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자석.
- 제 46 항 내지 제 51 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 페라이트 자석을 이용한 회전기.
- 제 46 항 내지 제 51 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 페라이트 자석을 이용한 자석롤.
