Claims (14)
- 발포 셀 크기가 0.001 ∼ 0.8 ㎜ 이고, 겉보기 밀도가 0.01 ∼ 0.27 g/㎤ 인 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 생분해성 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 직경이 3 ∼ 200 ㎜ 이고, 전체 표면적과, 발포 셀 크기가 0.1 ㎜ 이상인 발포 셀이 발포 입자의 표면에 노출된 부분의 표면적의 비가 하기 식을 만족하는 발포 입자 형태인 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 생분해성 발포체 :(발포 셀 노출부 표면적/전체 표면적) ≤ 1/(2+4(장축/단축))
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두께 t 가 1 ∼ 50 ㎜ 이고, 물결의 높이 h 및 폭 w 가 각각 2 ∼ 10 ㎜ 인 물결 모양의 발포 시이트 형태인 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 생분해성 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 표면에 물결 모양이 없으며 두께가 0.5 ∼ 25 ㎜ 이고, 종 방향 및 횡 방향 인장 강도가 각각 110 ∼ 900 g/㎝ 및 30 ∼ 220 g/㎝ 인 시이트 형태인 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 생분해성 발포체.
- 제 2 항에 의한 발포 입자를 결합제에 접착시켜 일체로 성형한 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 생분해성 발포체.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 의한 발포 시이트를 열 성형하여 제조한 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 생분해성 발포체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 발포체가 45 ∼ 60 % 의 아세틸화도 가지며 아세트산 악취를 나타내지 않도록, 약 알칼리 용액으로 처리되는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 생분해성 발포체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 약 알칼리 용액으로의 처리가 발포체에 대하여, pH 7.5 ∼ 8.5 의 약 알칼리 용액 20 ∼ 100 중량부를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 생분해성 발포체.
- (A) 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, (B) 가소제, 및 (C) 발포 핵제를 중량비 (A) : (B) : (C) = (100) : (0-80) : (2-50) 으로 포함하는 혼합 원료 (D) 를 상기 (D) 에 대해 2 ∼ 100 의 중량비로, 발포제로서 물 (E) 와 혼합한 후, 그 혼합물 (F) 를 150 ∼ 250 ℃ 의 온도에서 용융시키고, 이어서 이것을 120 ∼ 220 ℃ 의 온도에서 분배한 다음, 이것을 1,000 ∼ 20,000 초-1의 전단 속도로 압출하는 것을 포함하는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 생분해성 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 (F) 를 용융, 압출한 후, 수득된 발포체를 5 ∼ 40 ㎏f/㎠ 의 베어링하에 100 ∼ 150 ℃ 의 온도에서 열처리하는 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 폴리알킬렌 글리콜인 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 글리콜의 분자량이 200 ∼ 20,000 인 방법.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 발포 핵제가 탈크인 방법.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 (F) 가 용융, 융착된 후, pH 7.5 ∼ 8.5 의 약 알칼리 용액을 발포체에 대하여 20 ∼ 100 중량부로 첨가하는 방법.
