Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 미역, 다시마등의 세절 마쇄된 해조류 60∼65%에 마쇄된 연육 25∼35% 중량과 밀가루등의 녹말가루 7∼10%를 혼합하는 공정과 혼합물을 압출기에 투입하여 압출하여 절단하는 공정과 절단된 압출물을 기름솥에 투입하되, 150∼200℃의 식용유에 튀김하는 공정과 튀김한 후 이를 냉각시켜 비닐 포대에 진공포장하여서 얻어짐을 특징으로 한 해조류를 주재로한 어묵의 제조 방법.
