Claims (5)
- 리튬 2차 전지의 제조방법에 있어서, 음극집전체에 리튬 또는 양면에 탄소계활물질을 일정한 두께로 코팅한 음극판, 제 1 고분자겔 전해질 복합체 필름, 양극집전체인의 양면에 리튬금속산화물을 일정한 두께로 코팅한 양극판 및 제 2 고분자겔전해질 복합체 필름 순으로 배열된 4장의 판을 원하는 길이로 감아서 얻어진 원형 또는 타원형의 전지 구성체를 압착하여 필름형태의 박형으로 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질을 이용한 리튬이온 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자겔 전해질 복합체 필름이 고분자화합물 5∼30중량%, 카보네이트계 유기용매 60∼90중량%, 리튬염 2∼10중량% 및 퓸화 SiO20.1∼2.0중량%를 혼합하여 겔 조성물을 제조한 후, 이를 직조 또는 비직조 형태의 보강제에 함침 또는 코팅시켜 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질을 이용한 리튬이온 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 및 이의 공중합체, 폴리프로필렌옥사이드 및 이의 공중합체, 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN) 및 이의 공중합체, 폴리(비닐리덴 플루라이드) 및 이의 공중합체인 P(VdF-co-HFP), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 및 폴리비닐클로라이드(PVC)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 혼합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질을 이용한 리튬이온 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 보강제가 폴리에스터, 나이론, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리우레탄, 천연 폴리펩티드, 또는 유리섬유의 직조(woven) 또는 비직조(non-woven) 형태임을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질을 이용한 리튬이온 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 카보네이트계의 유기용매가 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC), 프로필렌카보네이트(PC), 디에틸렌 카보네이트(DEC) 및 디메틸카보네이트(DEC)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상임을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질을 이용한 리튬이온 이차전지의 제조방법.
