Claims (3)
- 균주처리에 의한 카드뮴을 함유하는 폐수처리방법에 있어서, 구멍장이 버섯과에 속하는 개떡버섯 속의 균주인 부후개떡버섯(Tyromyces palustris) 균주 배양시킨 후 카드뮴 함유폐수와 접촉 배양시킴으로써 카드뮴을 흡착시켜 제거함을 특징으로 하는 부후개떡버섯 균주를 이용한 카드뮴 함유 폐수의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부후개떡버섯 균주의 단독 또는 카드뮴 함유폐수와의 접촉배양시 pH를 4 내지 5로 유지하고 배양온도를 25 내지 30℃로 하여 4일 이상 배양시킴을 특징으로 하는 부후개떡버섯 균주를 이용한 카드뮴 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 부후개떡버섯 균주의 배양시에 사용되는 배지가 상수리나무 톱밥배지인 것을 특징으로 하는 부후개떡버섯 균주를 이용한 카드뮴 함유 폐수의 처리방법.
