Description
Claims (4)
- 감광 드럼과 공급 롤러 및 현상 롤러가 일체로 형성되며, 프린터에 토너를 공급하는 현상기; 및상기 현상기의 소정 위치에 설치되어 상기 현상기를 최초로 사용할 때 단선되어 상기 현상기의 교체를 인식할 수 있도록 하는 퓨즈를 포함하는 것을 현상기의 교체상태 인식 장치.
- 현상기의 소정 위치에 설치되는 퓨즈;소정의 제어 신호에 따라 상기 퓨즈에 소정 레벨의 전류를 인가시켜 상기 퓨즈를 단선시키고, 상기 퓨즈의 단선 여부를 검출할 수 있도록 상기 퓨즈와 대응되는 위치인 프린터 본체에 구성되는 단선부; 및워밍-업이 시작되면 상기 단선부로 상기 소정의 제어 신호를 출력하여 상기 퓨즈의 단선 여부 및 상기 퓨즈가 단선되지 않았으면 상기 퓨즈를 단선시키고, 인쇄 매수를 초기화시키는 제어부를 포함함으로써;상기 퓨즈가 단선되지 않았으면 상기 현상기의 교체로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상기의 교체상태 인식 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 시스템을 전반적으로 제어하는 중앙처리장치; 및상기 중앙처리장치의 소정의 제어 신호에 의해 상기 퓨즈가 단선되면 상기 인쇄 매수를 초기화시키는 메모리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상기의 교체상태 인식 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단선부는,상기 중앙처리장치의 출력단에 베이스가 연결되고, 전원단에 컬렉터가 연결되며, 이미터는 상기 퓨즈와 접속되어 상기 중앙처리장치로부터 제1 소정 레벨의 전류를 베이스로 공급받아 턴-온되어 전원단에서 상기 퓨즈로 제2 소정 레벨의 전류를 공급받아 상기 퓨즈를 단선시키는 트랜지스터; 및상기 중앙처리장치의 입력단에 애노드가 연결되고, 상기 트랜지스터와 상기 퓨즈의 노드에 캐소드가 연결되어, 상기 퓨즈가 단선되면 상기 트랜지스터를 통해 인가되는 상기 제2 소정 레벨의 전류로 인해 턴-온되어 상기 중앙처리장치에 상기 퓨즈의 단선을 알리는 다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상기의 교체상태 인식 장치.
