Claims (4)
- 예열영역, 횡연신영역 및 열고정 및 냉각영역을 포함하는 열가소성 수지의 필름을 제조하는데 사용하는 텐터에 있어서,상기 횡연신영역은 필름 진행방향에 대하여 수직한 방향(횡방향)을 따라 서로 다른 온도로 필름을 가열할 수 있는 다수의 영역으로 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 텐터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 영역을 가열하는 수단은 방열 가열 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 텐터.
- 열가소성 수지를 용융 압출하고 종방향 및 횡방향으로 연신하는 단계를 포함하는 열가소성 필름의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 횡방향 연신단계는 필름의 진행방향에 대하여 수직한 방향(횡방향)을 따라 필름을 가상적으로 다수의 영역으로 분할한 후 상기 다수의 영역을 서로 다른 온도로 가열하여 압출기의 다이 립의 간격으로 제어할 수 없는 필름의 횡방향 두께편차를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 필름의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 영역의 가열은 방열가열에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 필름의 제조방법.
