Claims (5)
- 항균제 조성물에 있어서, 글리세린 지방산 에스테르 0.1 ∼ 5 중량%, 유기산 0.1 ∼ 6 중량% 및 알코올 10 ∼ 90 중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 항균제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 글리세린 지방산 에스테르는 글리세린 지방산 에스테르(C8), 글리세린 지방산 에스테르(C10) 및 글리세린 지방산 에스테르(C12)중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 식품용 항균제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기산은 젖산, 젖산염, 초산, 초산염, 구연산, 주석산 및 아디프산 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 2 종 이상의 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 항균제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유기산은 젖산과 젖산염의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향제용 항균제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 추가적으로 향료가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향제용 항균제 조성물.
