Abstract

본 발명은 목재가공물의 탄화 가공방법에 관한 것이며 목재 가공물을 탄화 및 열처리 경화시켜 전자파 차단과 음이온발생 및 항습효과를 갖는 건축내장재와 공예품 및 가구재료로 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이며 목재를 가공하여 건조로에서 건조시킨 목재가공물을 고온고압의로에서 탄화시킨 후 수증기로서 열처리 경화시킨 다음 표면을 코팅처리한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 목재 가공물을 탄화 및 열처리 경화시켜 숯의 형태로 만들어 전자파 차단과 음이온 발생 및 항습의 기능을 보유하면서 강도가 보강되고 균열발생이 없는 소재를 얻을 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.

Description

목재 가공물의 탄화 가공방법 { The carbonization-processing method of processed goods by wood }
본 발명은 목재 가공물의 탄화 가공방법에 관한 것이며 보다 구체적으로는 목재를 용도에 따라 가공한 목재가공물을 건조시켜 이를 탄화시켜 열처리 경화 시킨 후 코팅처리하여 전자파를 차단하고 음이온 발생과 항습의 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다.
종래에는 목재는 건조시켜 가공하여 원상 그대로를 건축내장재와 공예품 및 가구재로 사용되고 있는 정도에 불과한 실정이다.
또 목재를 숯으로 만들어 음식을 조리하는 연료로 사용되어 오다가 전자파를 차단하고 음이온 발생과 항습의 효과가 입증되면서 가정에서는 항습용으로, 정수공정에서는 활성탄으로, 기타 의약소재 및 전자파 차단소재등으로 이용되어 오고 있다.
이와 같은 숯은 강도가 떨어지고 숯의 상태로는 가공할 수가 없고 탄화과정에 균열이 심하여 건축내장재나 공예품 및 가구용으로는 이용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다.
이에 본 발명은 목재를 가공하여 이를 건조시킨 후 고온 고압의 상태에서 탄화시킨 다음 수증기로서 열처리 경화시켜 균열을 해소하고 강도를 보강하여 표면을 코팅처리하여 전자파 차단, 음이온 발생, 항습효과를 갖는 건축물 내장재와 공예품 및 가구재로 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
목재를 소요형태로 가공한 목재가공물을 건조로에서 건조시킨 다음 고온,고압의 로에서 탄화 시키고 수증기로 열처리 경화시켜 소재의 표면을 코팅제로 코팅하여 가공하는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 가공방법을 공정에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
[제1공정] 목재 가공공정
건조된 목재를 용도에 따라 소요형태로 가공한다.
[제2공정] 건조공정
제1공정을 거쳐 가공된 목재가공물을 90℃의 건조로에서 건조시켜 수분을 제거시킨다.
[제3공정] 탄화공정
1100℃의 고온과 5Kg/㎤의 고압로에서 제2공정의 목재가공물을 탄화시킨다. 이 때 목재가공물의 두께, 소재에 따라 탄화 시간을 조정하고 탄화공정의 수행으로 목재가공물은 전자파차단, 항슴, 음이온이 발생되는 소재로 변화된다.
[제4공정] 열처리 경화공정
제3공정에서 탄화된 목재가공물을 수증기로 열처리 경화 시킨다. 이 때 수증기는 목재가공물이 균열되지 않고 강도가 보강 될 수 있도록 과량을 살포시켜야 한다.
[제5공정] 코팅처리공정
제4공정에서 열처리 경화된 목재가공물의 표면은 숯의 상태가 되어 묻어 나오게 되므로 코팅처리를 하게 되는데 화학코팅제(락카등) 또는 천연코팅제(옻액)를 표면에 도포 후 건조시켜 제품화 하는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 목재를 가공한 목재가공물 즉 건축내장재와 가구재 및 공예품등을 건조시켜 이를 탄화하고 열처리 경화시키므로서 강도가 보강되는 제품을 얻을 수 있게 되고 그 표면에 코팅처리하므로서 표면에 탄화재가 묻어나오는 일이 해소되는 것이다.
또 이와 같이 목재가공물이 탄화된 가공물은 전자파가 차단되고 음이온이 발생되며 항습의 기능을 갖게 되므로 건강에 도움을 줄 수 있게 되는 것이다.
따라서 이상과 같은 본 발명은 목재를 가공 탄화 및 열처리 경화시켜 숯의 형태를 유지 전자파 차단과 음이온 발생 및 항습등의 기능을 보유하고 강도가 보강되고 균열 발생이 없는 건축내장재 또는 가구재 및 공예품을 얻을 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.

  1. 목재를 소요형태로 가공한 목재가공물을 건조로에서 건조시킨 다음 고온고압의 로에서 탄화시키고 수증기로 열처리 경화시켜 가공소재의 표면을 코팅재로 코팅함을 특징으로 한 목재가공물의 탄화 가공방법
