Claims (11)
- 인산과 알카리 금속 인산염에서 선택한 반응물을 회분에 첨가하고, 여기서 얻은 인산염-함유 혼합물을 물 및 수경 결합제와 반죽하여 수경 모르타르를 형성시키고 모르타르를 응결과 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 중금속과 알루미늄 금속을 함유하는 회분을 비활성화 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응물이 헥사메타 인산 나트륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 수경 결합제를 포틀랜드 시멘트와 포틀랜드 시멘트 클링커에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상술한 반응물을 회분중량의 8∼15 중량%의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수경 결합제를 회분중량의 25∼40 중량%의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응결과 경화를 수증기로 포화된 분위기 하에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 철, 망간, 철(Ⅱ) 화합물, 망간(Ⅱ) 화합물과 알카리 금속의 환원염에서 선택한 첨가제를 모르타르 중량의 0.3∼1 중량%의 양으로 반죽물에 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 첨가제를 황산철(Ⅱ), 황산망간, 아질산 나트륨, 아황산 나트륨과 철금속에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회분이 수용성 화합물을 함유하는 경우, 이에 인산을 첨가하기 전에 알카리성 물로 세척함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회분이 유기물질 과/또는 비연소 물질을 함유하는 경우, 상기 인산염-함유 혼합물을 하소처리한 후 물과 수경 결합제를 이에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회분이 도시 폐기물의 소각에서 나오는 매연의 플라이 애쉬임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
