Claims (40)
- 유리 또는 유리-세라믹 재료로 구성되는 기판;상기 기판상에 위치하는 시드층;상기 시드층상에 위치하는 하부층; 및상기 하부층상에 위치하는 자기층을 포함하며,상기 자기층은 이결정 클러스터 미세구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부층에 인접한 상기 시드층 표면은 거칠게된 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하부층에 인접한 상기 시드층 표면은 산화된 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하부층에 인접한 상기 시드층 표면은 에칭에 의해 거칠게된 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부층은 결정학상 방향 (200)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 세타-2 세타 모드에서 X-선 회절기를 사용하여 측정할 때 Cr (200) 피크에 대한 Cr (110) 피크의 비는 10이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시드층은 Ni3P, NiP 또는 Ta로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 시드층의 두께는 200Å 내지 2000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 시드층의 두께는 약 500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 2 내지 100Å의 표면 평균 거칠기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 평균 거칠기는 5 내지 20Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부층은 Cr, CrV 또는 CrTi를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 하부층의 두께는 100Å 내지 2000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 하부층의 두께는 약 550Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자기층은 Co-기본 합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 Co-기본 합금은 CoCr, CoCrTa, CoNiCr, CoCrPtTa, CoCrPt, CoNiPt, CoNiCrPt 및 CoCrPtB로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 자기층의 두께는 100Å 내지 1000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 자기층의 두께는 200Å 내지 500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자기 박막은 1000 내지 10000에르스텟의 보자력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 보자력은 1700 내지 3000에르스텟인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 잔류 자기 자화력과 상기 박막 두께(Mrt)의 곱은 0.4 내지 3.0menu/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 기록 매체는 자기저항성 매체이고, 상기 잔류 자기 자화력과 상기 박막 두께(Mrt)의 곱은 0.6 내지 1.2menu/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 기록 매체는 유도성 매체이고, 상기 잔류 자기 자화력과 상기 박막 두께(Mrt)의 곱은 1.8 내지 2.8menu/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 기록 매체는 상기 자기층상에 위치하는 오버코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 오버코팅층은 스퍼터 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 오버코팅층은 탄소, SiC, ZrO2및 CN으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 오버코팅층의 두께는 50Å 내지 300Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 오버코팅층의 두께는 100Å 내지 200Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 기록 매체는 상기 오버코팅층상에 위치하는 5Å 내지 50Å의 두께를 가지는 윤활제층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 29 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제층의 두께는 10Å 내지 20Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 기록 매체는 박막 자기 기록 디스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.

- 제 37 항에 있어서, 상기 하부층은 Cr, CrV 또는 CrTi를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 37 항에 있어서, 상기 시드층은 Ni3P, NiP 및 Ta로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
