Claims (10)
- 온도 측정용 프로브에 있어서,열전쌍 또는 저항 온도계가 삽입될 수 있는 원통형 구멍을 갖는 프로브 몸체를 포함하며, 열전쌍 또는 저항 온도계의 열감지 팁이 프로브 몸체의 전방부로부터 돌출되고, 프로브 몸체(1)의 전방부는 원통형 구멍(2)에서부터 짧은 거리에 환형 간격(10)을 구비하는것을 특징으로 하는 프로브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환형 간격(10)은 0.1 내지 0.5 ㎜, 양호하게는 0.1 내지 0.2 ㎜의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환형 간격(10)의 길이는 5 내지 20 ㎜, 양호하게는 10 내지 15 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로브 몸체(1)의 전방부는 적어도 하나의 단차진 직경 감소 부분(11)을 포함하며, 감소된 직경을 갖는 상기 부분(11)은 그 내경이 환형 간격(10)의 폭의 2배만큼 큰 캡(14)에 의해 덮여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 프로브 몸체(1)의 전방부는 연속적으로 감소하는 직경을 갖는 적어도 2개의 단차(11, 13)를 포함하며, 그 후방부의 캡(14)은 제1 단차(11)에 해당하는 내경을 갖고 그에 의해 프로브 몸체(1)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 캡(14)은 가장 크게 감소된 직경을 갖는 부분(13)의 전방 위치의 부분(12)에서 상기 프로브 몸체에 끼워져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 그 후방부의 캡(14)은 용접부(15)에 의해 프로브 몸체(1)에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 캡(14)의 전방 단부는 프로브 몸체(1)의 종축에 평행하게 유입된 다수의 비드, 양호하게는 3개 또는 4개의 비드에 의해 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브.
- 상기 전 청구항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로브 몸체(1)의 전방 단부는 용접된 캡(16)에 의해 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브.
- 고온, 고압 및/또는 높은 순간 유속을 필요로 하는 공정의 경우에 있어 온도의 변화를 측정하기 위하여 상기 전 청구항 중의 어느 한 항에 의한 프로브의 사용.
