Claims (4)
- 그 내면부에 형광체가 코팅되어 있으며 애노우드 기능을 갖는 일측 유리 기판과, 그 내면부에 전자방출을 위한 팁이 형성되어 있으며 캐소우드 기능을 갖는 타측 유리기판을 구비하는 전계 방출 소자에 있어서,상기 양측 기판 사이에는 상기 팁으로부터 방출된 전자빔의 휨현상을 방지하기 위한 스페이서가 마련되되, 상기 스페이서는 멀티 포커싱 전극층, 전자빔 증폭층 및 게터층의 복수층 구조로 되어 있고, 상기 팁은 다이아몬드 팁으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 방출 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 절연물질인 3장의 그린시트를 접합하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 방출 소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 상기 3장의 그린시트 중 제1 그린시트 상에 텅스텐을 인쇄하여 멀티-포커싱전극을 제작하고, 제2 그린시트 상에 비어홀을 만든 후 텅스텐을 인쇄하여 전극을 형성하고, 비어홀 내부에 전자증폭물질을 증착하여 전자증폭장치를 제작하며, 상기제1,제2 그린시트와 베어 상태의 제3 그린시트를 접합하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 방출 소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 상기 접합 후 소성하고 제3 그린시트 표면에 티타늄을 증착하여 in-situ 게터를 형성하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 방출 소자.
