Claims (8)
- 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 중량부와 라디칼 반응성 디카르복실산 또는 이의 산무수물 1~30 중량부를, 첨가제 0.1~10 중량부 존재하에, 100~140℃의 용액상태에서 라디칼 개시제 1~25 중량부를 가하여 그라프트 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 폴리프로필렌수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리프로필렌 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 10 중량부의 촉매를 더욱 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 촉매가 트리알릴이소시아뉴레이트 또는 트리알릴시아뉴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 라디칼 개시제는 유기 과산화물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서,상기 첨가제는 티올, 아민 또는 설파이드기를 포함하는 황 또는 질소함유 유기 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 첨가제가, 2-머캅토피리딘, N-메틸-2-머캅토이미다졸, 2-머캅토벤조티아졸임, 디페닐구아니딘, 2-아미노티아졸 및 테트라메틸티유람 디설파이드로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌의 용융지수(M.I.)가 3~25인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 변성폴리프로필렌의 고유점도[η]가 135℃, 데카린용액에서 0.4~0.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
