Claims (7)
- 프레임상에 피봇가능하게 지지되는 차축(10)을 갖는 산업용 차량을 위한 차축 틸트 제어장치에 있어서,프레임과 차축사이에 배치되는 댐퍼(13)와,차축이 피봇할 때 오일을 댐퍼에 유입 및 방출하기 위한 도관(P1, P2)과,댐퍼로 유입 및 방출되는 오일의 흐름을 제어하기 위해 도관내에 배치되는 제어밸브(14)와,차축의 경사각을 검출하기 위한 검출기(23)와,소정 잠김조건에 기초하여 제어밸브를 제어하는 것에 의해 차축을 로킹 및 해제하기 위한 제어기(27)를 포함하며, 상기 제어기는 로킹 조건이 만족되지 않았을 때 만일 검출기에 의해 검출된 경사각이 소정 경사각을 초과하지 않는다면 차축을 로킹하고, 그 후 만일 해제되었을 때 경사각이 감소한다면 차축을 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 차량의 차축 틸트 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기(27)는 소정 최대 경사각을 변화하기 위한 변환기(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 차량의 차축 틸트 제어 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 변환기(40)는 소정 범위내에서 최대 경사각을 연속적으로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 차량의 차축 틸트 제어 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 변환기(40)는 수동으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 차량의 차축 틸트 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산업용 차량은 적재 하물을 들어올리고 운반하는 포크리프트인 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 차량의 차축 틸트 제어 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 또한 포크리프트상에 적재 하물의 무게를 검출하기 위한 무게 검출기(26)와;포크리프트에 의해 들여올려진 적재 하물의 높이를 검출하기 위한 높이 검출기(25)와,적재 하물의 무게 및 높이에 따른 최대 경사각을 자동적으로 조절하기 위한 제어기(27)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 차량의 차축 틸트 제어 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 또한 소정의 도로 조건을 선택적으로 입력하기 위한 입력 장치를 포함하며, 상기 변환기(40)는 입력된 도로 조건에 따라 최대 경사각을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 차량의 차축 틸트 제어 장치.
