Claims (5)
- 하우징, 측면 덮개, 제 1 스크롤체 및 제 2 스크롤체로 구성된 스크롤식의 유체이동기계에 있어서,상기 제 1 스크롤체는 구동샤프트 중심축선 주위를 회전하고,상기 제 2 스크롤체는 상기 구동샤프트 중심축선으로부터 편심된 축선 주위를 회전하며,상기 제 1 및 제 2 스크롤체는 단일 원동기에 의해 서로 동기적으로 회전하며,상기 제 1 및 제 2 스크롤체 각각은 끝판 및 상기 끝판상에 끼워맞춤된 적어도 하나의 원주방향으로 나선형으로 뻗은 스크롤 베인을 가지며,상기 제 1 스크롤체의 상기 스크롤 베인은 상기 제 2 스크롤체의 상기 스크롤 베인으로부터 각도상으로 벗어나서 배치되어서 상기 하우징의 외주로부터 하우징의 중심쪽으로 유체를 이동시키기위한 압축챔버를 형성하여 유체를 압축시키며,원통형 격벽은 상기 하우징의 중심에서 축선방향으로 뻗어 구비되고,공간은 상기 스크롤 베인과 상기 원통형 격벽 사이에 구비되어서 최종압축챔버를 형성하며, 그리고상기 공간에 개방된 출구포트는 제 1 및 제 2 스크롤체의 상기 끝판들 중의 하나에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤식 유체이동기계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 격벽은 원통형 격벽에 축선방향으로 대향되는 끝판중 하나에 대하여 미끄럼 가능하게 맞닿도록 선단에 구비되어, 상기 원통형 격벽의 내부를 상기 스크롤체의 상기 최종압축챔버로부터 밀봉하는 시일 링을 가지고 있고, 그리고 상기 원통형 격벽 내부는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 스크롤체 각각의 끝판에 각각 구비된 한 쌍의 공기 냉각 통기로와 연통되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤식 유체이동기계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 축류 통기팬이 상기 원통형 격벽의 내부를 통기시키기 위해 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤식 유체이동기계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 스크롤체는 각각 중심 샤프트를 가지며, 상기 중심 샤프트는 올덤커플링을 형성하도록 커플링되어서 상기 중심 샤프트들이 서로로부터 편심되어 서로 동기적으로 회전하고, 상기 올덤커플링은 상기 올덤커플링을 윤활하기 위한 그리스 구멍을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤식 유체이동기계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축챔버를 형성하는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 스크롤 베인은 이들사이의 소정의 값보다 큰 최소틈새를 가져서 서로 접촉하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤식 유체이동기계.
