Claims (14)
- 하기 (A) 에서 표현되는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물을 함유하며, 구환산 평균 입경이 1.2 ㎜ 이하, 또한, 부피비중이 0.38 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 파우더:(A) (a) 폴리올레핀계 수지 100 중량부,(b) 공액 디엔계 중합체, 또는 비닐 방향족 화합물 단위 함량이 25 중량% 이하인 공액 디엔-비닐 방향족 화합물 랜덤 공중합체의 수소화에 의해 제조된, 수소화율이 70 % 이상인 수소화된 공액 디엔계 공중합체 5 ∼ 250 중량부, 및(c) 에틸렌/α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무 0 ∼ 500 중량부를 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 250 ℃ 에서 진동주파수 1 라디안/초로 측정한 복소 동적 점도 η*(1) 가 5 × 104포이즈 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 파우더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, η*(1) 과 250 ℃에서 진동주파수 100 라디안/초로 측정한 복소 동적 점도 η*(100)를 이용하여, 하기식:으로 산출되는 뉴톤 점성 지수 (n) 가 0.28 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 파우더.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공액 디엔계 중합체, 또는 비닐 방향족 화합물 단위함량이 25 중량% 이하인 공액 디엔-비닐 방향족 화합물 랜덤 공중합체의 수소화에 의해 제조된, 수소화율이 70 % 이상인 수소화된 공액 디엔계 공중합체의 공액 디엔이 부타디엔 또는 이소프렌이고, 비닐 방향족 화합물이 스티렌, p-메틸스티렌 또는 α-메틸스티렌인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 파우더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에틸렌/α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무가 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 또는 에틸렌/α-올레핀/비공액 디엔 공중합체 고무인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 파우더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지; 공액 디엔계 중합체, 또는 비닐 방향족 화합물 단위의 함량이 25 중량% 이하인 공액 디엔 비닐 방향족 화합물 랜덤공중합체의 수소화에 의해 제조된, 수소화율이 70 % 이상인 수소화된 공액 디엔계 공중합체; 및 에틸렌/α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무에서 선택된 1 종 이상이 분자내 및/또는 분자간에서 가교되어 있는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 파우더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용제처리법, 스트랜드 절단법 또는 다이 페이스 절단법에 의해 제조되는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 파우더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 발포제를 추가로 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 파우더.
- 제 1 항의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 파우더를 성형함으로써 제조된 성형체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 분말성형법에 의해 제조된 성형체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 발포성형체인 성형체.
- 제 1 항의 열가소성 엘라스토머파우더를 성형함으로써 제조된 하나 이상의 층을 함유하는 다층 성형체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 심재층을 추가로 함유하는 다층 성형체.
