Claims (17)
- (a) 히드로겔의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 4 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는, 물의 존재하에서 겔을 형성시키는 친수성 화합물,(b) 히드로겔의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 95 중량% 이하의 양인 물,(c) 반응을 촉매시킬 수 있는 효소, 및(d) 전해질로 이루어진 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 겔에서의 배경 소음이 약 200 nA 이하인 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, (c)단의 반응 생성물이 30 분 동안 20% 이상 분해되지 않는 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, (c)단의 반응에서 반응하는 분석물의 확산이 속도 제한적이고, 분석물의 확산이 측정 시간 보다 더 빠른 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드로겔이 또한 선택된 히드로겔 환경을 유지시키는 성분을 포함하고, 그 환경이 (c)단의 반응 생성물로의 분석물의 전환을 향상시키는 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소가 전자의 발생을 일으키는 글루코오스 및 산소 사이의 반응을 촉매시키는 것인 히드로겔 패치.
- 제6항에 있어서, (e) 약 3 내지 약 9의 범위로 히드로겔의 pH를 유지시키기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 완충제를 더 포함하는 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 화합물이 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리비닐 알코올, Carbopol (등록상표), 폴리아크릴아미도메틸프로판술포네이트 및 그의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,전해질이 NaCl 및 KCl로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,효소가 글루코오스 옥시다아제이고, 글루코오스 옥시다아제는 (a)단의 흡수성 물질 및 (b)단의 수용액의 총 그람 당 10 단위 내지 5,000 단위의 범위의 양으로 존재하고,수용액이 흡수성 패치의 pH를 약 3 내지 약 9의 범위로 유지시키기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 물에 용해된 완충제를 더 포함하는 것인 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 화합물이 히드로겔의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 40 중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하고, 물은 60 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 약 5 μm 내지 약 1.524 mm (60 mils)의 범위인 평평한 외형을 특징으로 하는 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각 약 0.5 cm2내지 약 10 cm2의 범위의 제1 및 제2 표면적을 특징으로 하는, 두께가 약 5 μm 내지 약 1.524 mm (60 mils)의 범위인 히드로겔 패치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드로겔에 매립된 구조 지지 재료를 더 포함하고, 구조 지지 재료가 실질적으로 히드로겔 패치의 것과 동일한 외부 매개변수 외형 및 크기를 갖는 부직포인 히드로겔 패치.
- (a) 무수 효소가 매립된 흡수성 물질,(b) 흡수성 물질의 제1 표면에 부착되고, 전해질이 용해된 수용액을 포함하고, 힘을 가할 때 파열될 수 있는 봉합에 의해 흡수성 물질로부터 분리되고, 또한 봉합이 파열된 후, 흡수성 물질로부터 쉽게 떼어질 수 있는 팩키지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 물질 패치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 흡수성 물질이 각각 약 0.5 cm2내지 약 10 cm2의 범위의 제1 및 제2 표면적을 갖고, 두께가 약 5 μm 내지 약 1.27 mm (50 mils)의 범위인 패치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 제1 표면 및 제2 표면 위의 방출 라이너 및 적소에 물을 보유하는 물질에 매립된 부직포 물질을 더 포함하는 패치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 사람 피부에 합치될 만큼의 충분한 유연성, 겔을 제거시켰을 때 피부 상에 점착성 겔 잔류물을 남기지 않는 사람 피부에 대한 접착성을 특징으로 하는 패치.
- (a) 무수 겔 성분 및 특정 양의 물을 혼합하여 겔 혼합물을 형성시키는 단계,(b) 겔 혼합물을 가교 결합시켜서 히드로겔을 형성시키는 단계,(c) 수화 겔을 고체 지지재에 부착시키는 단계,(d) 고체 지지재 위의 겔을 건조시키는 단계로 이루어진 방법으로 제조되는 것으로, 상기 무수 겔 성분이 물의 존재하에서 겔을 형성시키는 (여기서, 물의 중량은 수화 겔의 중량을 기준으로 약 95% 이하임), 수화 겔의 중량을 기준으로 약 4 중량% 이상 존재하는 친수성 화합물, 반응을 촉매시킬 수 있는 효소 및 전해질로 이루어진 것인, 고체 지지재 상의 무수 겔 패치.
