인간은 늙기를 싫어함으로 늙지 않으려고 하는 데 목적이 있다.
3. 발명(고안)의 해결방법의 요지
인간은 나이가들면 활성산소의 활동을 방지할 힘이 약화된다는 것이다. 점점 나이를 먹으면 황산화 물질의 양이 감소되어 활성 산소를 무해화하는 효소의 기능이 저하되기 때문에 과산화 물질이 증가하여 세포가 상하기 쉽게 되는 것이다. 그래서 황산화 물질을 보충해 주면 노화의 진행을 예방할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
4. 발명(고안)의 중요한 용도
노화방지 물질인 로스마린산이 ① 장수버섯, ② 은행잎보다 10배, ① 박하잎, ② 익모초 보다 5배나 강하게 들어 있는 배초향(로스마린산)으로 노화를 방지하는데 중요한 용도가 있습니다.

다. 발명(고안)의 효과
본 식품은 본인의 모임에 가면 연소해 보인다는 말에 관심을 갖고 있든중, 진시왕을 생각하게 되었는데 진시왕의 일화에 불로초를 찾아 3,000명을 동원해서도 못찾고 갔었다는 불로초가 무엇일까 하고 있든중 배초향에 로스마린산(rosmarinic)이란 성분이 항산화성 물질로서 인간이 음식을 먹고 소화하고 숨을 쉬고 자외선을 쬐이고 담배 연기를 마실때도, 사람이 나이를 먹으면 활성산소의 활동을 방지할 힘이 약화된다는 것이고 점점 나이를 먹으면 항산화물질의 양이 감소되어 활성산소를 무해화하는 효소이 기능이 저하되기 때문에 과산화지질이 증가하여 세포가 상하기 쉽게 되는 것이다. 따라서 항산화물질을 보충해 주면 노화의 진행을 예방할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 이것에 주목할 것은 식품에 함유되어 있는 항산화물질이다.
한편 향신료인 박하나 약용작물인 익모초에도 로스마린산이 배초향에 비해 5배가 적은 양이나마 들어 있고 생산판매에 열을 올리고 있는 장수버섯이나 은행잎보다 약 10배가 많이 들어 있다. ① 박하는 향료로 ② 익모초는 부인병 약으로 ③ 장수버섯은 생산양으로 널리 이용 되지 못하고 있고 ④ 은행잎은 신약으로 판매되고 있을 뿐 항산화성 물질로서 노화방지 약이라고 알려져 있지 않으므로 본 배초향은 만인의 관심 물질로서 각광받는 상품이 되리라 판단되어 만인의 젊음을 유지하고 노화하지 않는 상품개발에 혼신을 다하고저 출원하면서
① 배초향이 다량으로 함유하고 있는 로스마린산이 전초로 중국 본토도감에서는 치료로 발열·두통·식욕부진·구토에 건초로 하여 다려서 사용한다. 약명으로는 각향이다.
② 식용으로는 지금까지 향신료로 쓰이고 있다.
③ 민간용법으로는 감기, 종기, 종독, 곽란, 비위, 토역, 구토, 풍금 등의 약재로는 방향성 물질이다.
④ 최근에 성분분석 결과 로스마린산이란 성분이 다량 들어 있을 뿐아니라 노화 방지 성분으로 밝혀 졌다.
이상과 같이 옛부터 약용으로나 향신료로 쓰이든 배초향이 분석결과 로스마린산 성분이 항산화성 물질이란 것인데 산화성 물질은 노화를 촉진하는 과산화지질로서 식물유가 산화하면 노화를 촉진하는 원흉이 된다. 그래서 배초향은 불로성분인 로스마린산이 다량들어 있어 이를 재배 가공하여 다방에서나 일터에서 가정에서나 야외에서도 편리하게 가공식품으로 즐길수 있게 배초향의 로스마린산을 분리시켜 ① 캔이나 ② 팩이나 ③ 티백으로 가공하여 만인에게 공급코저 출원하면서 만인류가 섭취하여 젊음을 유지하고 건강하게 오래 살기를 바라면서 양질의 제품 생산에 혼신을 다할 것을 약속드리면서 이상과 같이 출원합니다.

- 배초향이 강하게 들어있는 로스마린산 추출방법, ① 약탕기로 약한온도 80~85℃의 온도 조절로 30분 유지로 로스마린산을 추출기로 추출하여 변질을 방지키 위하여 캔 포장, ② 배초향을 채집, 건조시켜 티백 포장하여 출하
