Claims (2)
- 미역을 알칼리성 용액으로 추출, 분리, 감압 농축한 미역추출물과 잔사를 산성용액으로 추출, 분리, 감압 농축한 미역추출물을 혼합하여 얻은 상등액에 포도당, 올리고당, 구연산을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미역추출물을 주성분으로 하는 미역음료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알칼리성 용액으로 추출시의 pH 8.5-9.5이고, 산성 용액으로 추출시의 pH 3.5-5.5이고, 혼합된 미역음료의 pH 5.5-6.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 미역추출물을 주성분으로 하는 미역음료의 제조방법.
