Claims (18)
- -100 ℃ 내지 +25 ℃ 사이의 주요 유리-고무 전이를 가지지 않는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 1.3 내지 15의 E'-100 ℃/E'+25 ℃비를 가진 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 4 내지 30 kg/㎥의 자유 상승 코어 밀도를 가진 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 발포체의 중량을 기준으로 30 내지 70 중량%의 벤젠 고리 함량을 가진 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 4.5 내지 10의 새그 계수를 가진 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 25 ℃에서 10 내지 200 kPa의 영의 저장 계수를 가진 가요성 발포체.
- 폴리이소시아네이트 (1), 374 이하의 평균 당량 및 2 내지 8의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자의 평균 수를 가진 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 (2), 374 이상의 평균 당량 및 2 내지 6의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자의 평균 수를 가진 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 (3) 및 물을 반응시켜 경질 폴리우레탄을 제조하고 이 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 압축함으로써 가요성 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 방법.
- 폴리이소시아네이트 (1), 150 ㎎ KOH/g 이상의 히드록실 수 및 2 내지 8의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능도를 가진 폴리올 (2), 10 내지 150 이하의 히드록실 수 및 2 내지 6의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능도를 가진 폴리올 (3) 및 물을 반응시켜서 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하고 이 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 압축함으로써 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 화합물 (2), 화합물 (3) 및 물 (폴리이소시아네이트, 화합물 (2), 화합물 (3) 및 물의 100 중량부 당)이 각각 2 내지 20 중량부, 5 내지 35 중량부 및 1 내지 17 중량부의 양인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올 (2), 폴리올 (3) 및 물 (폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올 (2), 폴리올 (3) 및 물에 의한 100 중량부 당)이 각각 2 내지 20 중량부, 5 내지 35 중량부 및 1 내지 17 중량부의 양인 방법.
- 폴리이소시아네이트 (1), 374 이하의 평균 당량 및 2 내지 8의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자의 평균 수를 가진 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 (2), 374 이상의 평균 당량 및 2 내지 6의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자의 평균 수를 가진 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 (3) 및 물을 포함하고, 여기서, 화합물 (2), 화합물 (3) 및 물 (폴리이소시아네이트, 화합물 (2), 화합물 (3) 및 물 100 중량부 당)이 각각 2 내지 20 중량부, 5 내지 35 중량부 및 1 내지 17 중량부의 양인 반응 시스템.

- 제12항에 있어서, 폴리올 (2):폴리올 (3)의 중량비가 0.1 내지 4:1인 반응 시스템.
- 폴리이소시아네이트 (1), 374 이하의 평균 당량 및 2 내지 8의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자의 평균 수를 가진 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 (2), 374 이상의 평균 당량 및 2 내지 6의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자의 평균 수를 가진 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 (3) 및 물을 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지고, 화합물 (2), 화합물 (3) 및 물 (폴리이소시아네이트, 화합물 (2), 화합물 (3) 및 물 100 중량부 당)이 각각 2 내지 20 중량부, 5 내지 35 중량부 및 1 내지 17 중량부의 양인 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 폴리이소시아네이트 (1), 150 ㎎ KOH/g 이상의 히드록실 수 및 2 내지 8의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능도를 가진 폴리올 (2), 10 내지 150 미만의 히드록실 수 및 2 내지 6의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능도를 가진 폴리올 (3) 및 물을 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지고, 폴리올 (2), 폴리올 (3) 및 물 (폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올 (2), 폴리올 (3) 및 물 100 중량부 당)이 각각 2 내지 20 중량부, 5 내지 35 중량부 및 1 내지 17 중량부의 양인 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 10항과 15항 및 16항에 있어서, 화합물 (2):화합물 (3)의 중량비가 0.1 내지 4:1인 방법.
- 제7항 내지 10항 및 15항 내지 17항의 방법에 의해 수득된 발포체.
