Claims (23)
- 방전가공기에 사용되는 전극선의 제조방법에 있어서,동을 포함하는 제1 금속으로 되어 있으며 제1 직경으로 된 선재를 제공하는 단계와;상기 선재를 상기 제1 금속 보다 낮은 기화온도를 갖는 제2 금속이 용융되어 있는 도금조를 일정시간 통과시켜 상기 선재의 외곽에 상기 제1 금속과 제2 금속의 확산반응에 의해 상기 제1 금속 및 제2 금속 보다 경도가 높고 연신율이 낮은 합금층을 형성하고 그 위에 제2 금속으로 된 도금층을 형성시키기 위한 용융도금단계와;상기 합금층과 도금층이 형성된 상기 선재를 제2 직경으로 되도록 인발하여 상기 합금층의 높은 경도와 낮은 연신율에 의해 상기 합금층및 도금층에 크랙을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 전극선의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극선의 제조방법은; 상기 세선의 기계적 성질을 안정화시키기 위한 열처리단계를 더 포함하는 전극선의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 금속은 황동인 전극선의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 금속은 아연, 알루미늄 또는 주석인 전극선의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 일정시간은 상기 선재에 3 - 10㎛의 두께의 도금층을 형성하기에 충분한 시간인 전극선의 제조방법.
