Claims (6)
- 부싱과 부싱에 회전가능하게 삽입되고 스페이서를 개재하여 상호 대향된 한 쌍의 반구로 이루어진 반구 베어링 장치에 있어서,상기 부싱 내부에 형성된 반구홈의 표면과 상기 반구홈에 대향하는 상기 반구의 표면중 적어도 어느 한 쪽에 MoS2막이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구 베어링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 및 반구는 알루미늄으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구 베어링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 MoS2막은 도포법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구 베어링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 MoS2막은 함침법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구 베어링 장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 MoS2막이 형성된 후에 큐어링을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구 베어링 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 큐어링은 150℃에서 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구 베어링 장치.
