Claims (7)
- 두 개 이상의 금속 부품(1,2)을 결합하기 위한 방법으로서, 회전하도록 구성된 공구(4)의 성형면(7) 상에 적어도 둘이상의 금속 부품(1,2)을 성형면 상에서 부합하여 회전하도록 겹쳐 놓고, 성형 공구(6)와 선형으로 롤에 접촉하도록 최상의 부품(1)을 배치함으로써, 롤 성형 기술을 이용하여 결합이 실행되고 그로 인해서, 공구들 사이의 슬롯에서의 금속의 전성 재성형으로 부품들이 서로 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 네트형 또는 다공 부품(2)이, 성형 동안 상기 부품(2)의 구멍(12)에 시트형 부품(1)의 금속 성분이 침투하게하여 상기 부품(2) 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자 형태의 금속이, 본질적으로 수평인 성형면 상에서, 성형 단계 동안 시트형 부품으로 입자들을 카운터싱킹함으로써 성형면 상부에 위치된 시트형 부품에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 자성 금속 부품(2)이 비자성 금속 부품(1)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상 자성의 유도 가열된 금속 부품(2,17)이 제작 동안에, 후라이팬(14) 또는 주전자와 같은 금속 조리 용기의 바닥(16)에 카운터싱크 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 자성의 유도 가열된 금속 부품(2)이 제공된 조리 용기(14) 제조 방법에 있어서, 금속 메쉬 또는 다공 평판과 같은, 자성의 금속 부품(2)이, 생성된 용기(14)의 외측면에 대응하는 형태인 성형면(7,8)을 가진 하부 공구(4) 상에 배치되고, 용기를 성형하는 재료(1)가 자성의 금속 부품의 상부에 배치되며, 하부 공구와 그 위의 금속 부품이 회전하도록 구성되고, 하부 공구에 대하여 기울어진 자신의 축선(5)을 중심으로 회전하는 상부 공구(6)가 금속 부품에 대향해 배치되고, 상부 공구의 표면(10,11)이 용기에 성형되는 내부 표면에 상응하는 윤곽을 가지며, 그리하여, 재료와 선형으로 롤 접촉하는 상부 공구가, 공구들 사이의 방사상 슬롯(13)내 재료를 용기의 형태로 성형하는 한편, 자성의 부품은 용기의 바닥(16)에 카운터싱크 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기 제작 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 강철 메쉬(17) 또는 다공 평판(2)이 후라이팬(14) 또는 알루미늄으로 이루어진 주전자의 바닥(16)에 카운터싱크 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기 제작 방법.
