Claims (2)
- 배기 파이프에 연결되는 단일 하우징(3)의 상류에는 모노리스에 Al2O3, TiO2또는 SiO2의 단독 또는 혼합물과 Pt 또는 Pd를 포함하는 백금족 금속이 코팅되어 담지된 산화 촉매(7)가 장착되어 있고, 상기 산화 촉매(7)의 하류 하우징(3)에는 제올라이트에 Pt 또는 Pd를 포함하는 백금족 금속이 이온 교환된 물질이 모노리스 위에 코팅된 환원 촉매(9)가 장착되어 있고, 상기 환원 촉매(9)에는 가열 수단(11)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 기관용 촉매 변환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 촉매(7)는 100-600cpsi의 모노리스에 Al2O3, TiO2또는 SiO2의 단독 또는 혼합물 50-500g/ℓ와 Pt 또는 Pd를 포함하는 백금족 금속 0.01-5g/ℓ가 담지된 촉매이고, 상기 환원 촉매(9)는 제올라이트에 Pt 또는 Pd를 포함하는 백금족 금속 0.001-10g/ℓ가 이온 교환된 물질이 50-200cpsi의 모노리스 위에 10-500g/ℓ 코팅된 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 기관용 촉매 변환기.
