Abstract
본 고안은 외전형전동기의 구조를 개량하여 세탁기의 작동과정에서 발생되어지는 전동기를 효율적으로 냉각시켜줄수 있도록 하여 전동기에 과열이 발생되는 것을 방지할수 있도록 한 세탁기용 외전형전동기에 관한 것으로, 이는 상단외주면에 플랜지(80)가 장착되어지고 그 외주면에는 스핀샤프트(90)와 베어링(100)이 각각 장착되어지는 출력축(20)과; 상기 출력축(20)의 외주방향에 로터하우징(30)을 매개로 소정의 이격거리를 두고 장착되는 로터(50)와; 상기 스핀샤프트(90)의 외주면에 결합되어진 베어링(100)에 그 일측면이 결합되면서 상기 로터(50)의 외주방향에 근접배치되는 모터하우징(40)과; 상기 로터(50)와 모터하우징(40)간에 발생되어지는 공간부내에 장착되면서 그 상.하방향으로는 코일(70)이 권취되는 고정자(60)로 구성되어진 세탁기용 외전형전동기(130)에 있어서, 상기 고정자(60)와 근접배치된 로터(50)의 선단에 시로코팬(Siroco fan)형태의 냉각팬(120)을 구비하여, 상기 로터(50)가 작동하여 냉각핀(120)이 정.역회전하면서 냉각공기를 흡입 및 배출하여 로터(50)의 외주방향에 권취되어진 코일(70)을 효율적으로 냉각시켜 줄수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to an external electric motor for a washing machine that improves the structure of the electric motor and prevents overheating of the electric motor by efficiently cooling the electric motor generated during the operation of the washing machine. 본 고안은 세탁기에 적용되어지는 외전형전동기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외전형전동기에 냉각팬을 형성하여 세탁기의 작동과정에서 외전형전동기를 효율적으로 냉각시켜줄수 있도록 함으로서 상기 외전형전동기가 과열되는 것을 미연에 방지할수 있도록 한 세탁기용 외전형전동기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an external electric motor that is applied to a washing machine.
