Claims (19)
- 크실렌 혼합물을 포함하는 적어도 일부분의 공급물을 농축 영역(14)으로 부르는 영역에서 순환시켜 제 1 분획(15)에 p-크실렌을 농축시키고, p-크실렌이 소모된 제 2 분획(18)을 제공하고, 상기 제 2 분획을 이성질체화 영역(19)내에서 순환시키고, 이성질체화물(20)을 회수하여 상기 농축 영역으로 재순환시키는 것을 포함하는, 처리하고자 하는 크실렌 혼합물을 포함하는 공급물로부터 p-크실렌을 분리하고 회수하는 방법으로서, 초기 공급물, 이성질체화물 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 일부분을 수소의 존재하에 하나이상의 선택적 수소화 영역(3)내에서 순환시킨 후, 하나이상의 점토 처리 영역(8)내에서 순환시키고, 과량의 수소를 분리하기 위한 단계(5)를 상기 점토 처리 이전 또는 이후에 하나이상의 분리 영역내에서 실시하고, 유출물을 회수하여 농축 영역(14)으로 이송시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 처리하고자 하는 공급물 및 이성질체화물을 수소화 영역(3)에서 수소화시키고, 수소 분리 단계(5) 이전 또는 이후에 점토(8)로 처리한 후, 생성된 유출물을 농축 영역(14)으로 이송시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 처리하고자 하는 공급물을 수소화 영역(3)내에서 수소화시키고, 수소 분리 단계(5) 이전 또는 이후에 점토(8)로 처리하고, 이성질체화물(20)을 수소화 영역 및 점토 처리 영역사이에서 재순환시키고, 유출물을 회수하고, 이를 농축 영역(14)으로 이송시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 처리하고자 하는 공급물을 수소화 영역(3)내에서 수소화시키고, 수소 분리 단계(5) 이전 또는 이후에 점토로 처리하고, 이성질체화물(20)을 수소화된 공급물에 대한 점토 처리 영역(8)의 하류로 재순환시키고, 이성질체화물을 여러가지 처리 영역(24)내에서 점토 처리하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이성질체화물(20)을 수소화 영역(3)내에서 수소화시킨 후, 수소 분리 이전 또는 이후에 점토 처리(8)하고, 적어도 일부분의 디올레핀의 적어도 일부분이 제거된 처리하고자 하는 공급물을 농축 영역(14)의 상류로 도입시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 영역내에서, 수소 분리는 C7 -화합물의 분리와 동시에 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소 분리를 제 1 분리 영역내에서 실시한 후, C7 -화합물을 하나이상의 부가의 분리 영역내에서 분리시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소 분리를 제 1 분리 영역내에서 실시한 후, C5 -화합물을 제 2 분리 영역내에서 분리시키고, 나머지 C7 -화합물을 제 3 분리 영역내에서 분리시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소 분리를 제 1 분리 영역내에서 실시한 후, C4 -화합물을 제 2 분리 영역내에서 분리하고, 나머지 C7 -화합물을 제 3 분리 영역내에서 분리시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C7 -화합물의 분리를 이성질체화 단계 이후에 실시하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처리하고자 하는 공급물이 미가공 개질물, 적어도 일부분의 C3 -화합물이 제거된 미가공 개질물, 적어도 일부분의 C4 -화합물이 제거된 미가공 개질물, 적어도 일부분의 C5 -화합물이 제거된 미가공 개질물 또는 주요 분획의 크실렌 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 방향족 화합물이 풍부한 C8분급물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 농축시키고자 하는 유출물을 농축 영역으로의 도입구에 위치하는 하나이상의 분리기(11)내에서 순환시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파라크실렌 농축 영역은 분리 단계 이후에 이성질체화 영역내에서 이성질체화되는 액체(제 2 분획) 및 용융되어 제 1 분획의 적어도 일부분을 형성하는 결정을 생성하는 하나이상의 저온 결정화 영역으로 형성되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파라크실렌 농축 영역은 제올라이트 흡착제를 포함하는 선택적 흡착 영역으로 형성되며, 공급물을 탈착 용매의 존재하에 선택적으로 흡착시키고, 파라크실렌이 농축된 제 1 분획 및 파라크실렌이 소모된 제 2 분획을 회수하고, 이성질체화 촉매를 포함하는 이성질체화 영역내에서 파라크실렌을 포함하는 이성질체화물을 제조하기에 적절한 조건하에서 제 2 분획을 이성질체화시키고, 적어도 일부분의 이성질체화물을 흡착 영역으로 재순환시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소화시키고자 하는 공급물을 통과시키기 전에 황을 도입시킨 주기율표 VIII 족으로부터의 하나이상의 원소를 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 선택적 수소화 반응을 실시하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매를 수소화 영역냐에서 황 함유 제제로 처리함으로써 황을 도입시키는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 수소화 반응 영역에 촉매를 충전시키기 이전에 도입된 황 함유 제제에 의해 황을 촉매에 도입시키는 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 황 함유 유기 화합물을 주성분으로 하는 하나이상의 황 함유 제제를 사용전에 및 수소에 의해 활성화시키기 이전에 촉매에 혼입시킬 수 있는 방법.
- 제 15 항, 제 17 항 또는 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 지지체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 1%의 팔라듐을 포함하며, 상기 촉매를 상기 황 함유 제제로 처리한 후, 촉매 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.05 내지 1중량%의 황을 도입하여 활성화시키는 방법.
