Description
Claims (16)
- (ㄱ) 바닥에 화상이 있고 상기 화상위의 상부패널 및 측벽구조로 감싸진 폐기물 처리 챔버를 제공하는 반응로와;(ㄴ) ⅰ) 처리될 다량의 혼합폐기물을 받아들이는 저장조와,ⅱ) 상기 저장조와 결합되고, 상기 저장조로부터 상기 혼합폐기물을 받아들여 최소한의 공기를 포함하도록 연속적으로 압축하고, 상기 혼합폐기물을 상기 상부패널 근방의 제1위치로 실제적으로 균일한 단면의 긴압축물로서 이송시키는 압축기와,ⅲ) 반응로 내부에서 처리되기 위해 압축된 폐기물을 받아들이는 상기 제1위치 근방의 제2위치에 위치하고, 상기 긴 압축물로부터 분리되어 선택된 균일한 크기를 갖는 압축된 폐기물 덩어리를 받아들이도록 형성되어 있는 폐기물 투입부와,ⅳ) 상기 챔버내부로 상기 폐기물투입구를 통해 상기 긴 압축물의 선택된 부분을 이동시키기 위해 상기 제1위치에서 폐기물의 긴 압축물을 형성함과 연계하여 작동될 수 있는 이송구를 포함하는 상기 혼합폐기물을 상기 반응로에 이송하는 이송수단과;(ㄷ) 상기 챔버에 장착되고, 상기 반응로로 이송된 상기 폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위해 상기 화상쪽으로 향하는 발산끝단에 플라즈마열원을 제공하는 긴 플라즈마아크토치를 포함하는 도시고형폐기물이 예시인 혼합폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이송구에 의해 운반된 상기 선택된 덩어리는 실질적으로 균일한 크기를 가지고, 실제적으로 균일한 블록인 압축된 폐기물로서 상기 폐기물 투입부를 통해 상기 챔버로 투입되는 혼합폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선택된 덩어리를 상기 폐기물투입부로 이동시킴과 연계하여 제어된 양의 공기를 받아들이는 수단을 포함하는 혼합폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선택된 덩어리를 상기 폐기물투입부로 이동시킴과 연계하여 제어된 양의 증기를 받아들이는 수단을 포함하는 혼합폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위한 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 챔버의 폐기물의 높이를 측정하고 상기 높이로써 상기 균일한 블록의 압축폐기물의 투입을 조정하는 센서를 포함하는 혼합폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플라즈마아크토치는 상기 챔버의 상기 상부패널구조에 회동가능하게 장착되어 있는 혼합폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부패널구조의 적어도 한 부분이 수평에 대하여 예각으로 경사진 혼합폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상부에 위치하여 열분해동안에 생성된 가스를 제거하기 위한 배출구를 더욱 포함하는 혼합폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위한 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 배출구는 장치로부터 가스를 집적하고 유도하기 위하여 주변에 배치된 매니폴드를 포함하는 혼합폐기물의 열분해와 유리화를 위한 장치.
- (ㄱ) 하기와 같은 것을 포함하는 폐기물처리를 위한 직립반응로를 설치하는 단계와;ⅰ) 혼합고형폐기물을 상벽부분을 통해 받아들이는 투입부와;ⅱ) 상기 반응로에 장착되고 활성화되면 상기 반응로의 하부내로 열원을 공급하는 플라즈마토치와;ⅲ) 상기 반응로의 상벽을 통해 연료가스를 추출하는 제1출구부와;ⅳ) 상기 반응로의 하부벽을 통해 슬래그를 추출하는 제2출구부(ㄴ) 성기고 압축되지 않은 혼합고형폐기물을 제공하는 단계와;(ㄷ) 상기 성기고 압축되지 않은 고형폐기물을 압축된 블록의 도시폐기물로 전환시키는 단계와;(ㄹ) 상기 고형폐기물 블록 중 선택된 일부를 상기 투입부를 통해 상기 반응로로 이송하는 단계와;(ㅁ) 상기 열원을 형성하기 위해 상기 플라즈마토치를 활성화하는 단계와;(ㅂ) 상기 고형폐기물 블록을 상기 반응로 내에서 연료가스와 슬래그로 변환하기에 충분한 시간동안 상기 플라즈마토치가 작동되도록 하는 단계와;(ㅅ) 상기 제1출구부를 통해 상기 연료가스를 추출하는 단계와;(ㅇ) 상기 제2출구부를 통해 상기 슬래그를 추출하는 단계를 포함하는 혼합고형폐기물의 열분해 및 유리화 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제공하는 단계를 제1위치로 하는 단계와, 상기 폐기물을 제2위치에서 상기 압축된 블록으로 전환하는 단계와, 상기 압축블록을 제3위치의 상기 투입부로 이송하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 혼합고형폐기물의 열분해 및 유리화 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 반응로에서 폐기물의 높이를 모니터하는 단계와, 모니터하는 단계와 연계하여 상기 반응로 내부에서 상기 폐기물의 선택된 높이를 유지시켜서 상기 연료가스와 슬래그가 실질적으로 연속적으로 생성되도록 하기 위하여 상기 압축된 블록의 선택된 일부를 상기 투입부를 통해 이송시키는 것을 반복하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 혼합고형폐기물의 열분해 및 유리화 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서,반응로 내부에서 제어되는 수준의 연소를 유지하기 위해 상기 반응로로 제어된 양의 공기를 투입시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 혼합고형폐기물의 열분해 및 유리화 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 반응로 투입부를 통해 상기 반응로로 이송된 상기 압축된 폐기물 블록으로부터 생성된 압축이 풀린 상태로 투입되는 폐기물이 상기 투입되는 폐기물을 거쳐 상승하는 연료가스에 의해 예열되고, 그러한 예열에 의하여 상기 투입되는 폐기물에 함유된 수분으로부터 증기를 형성하는 것을 허용하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 혼합고형폐기물의 열분해 및 유리화 공정.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 연료가스와 슬래그가 생성되는 상기 반응로 내의 일정한 영역을 통해 상기 증기를 집적하고 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 혼합고형폐기물의 열분해 및 유리화 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 성기고 압축되지 않은 고형폐기물 블록을 압축된 블록으로 전환시키는 단계는 압축된 폐기물의 긴 블록을 형성하는 단계와 상기 폐기물블록을 개별적으로 형성키 위해 상기 긴 블록으로부터 다수의 블록을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 혼합고형폐기물의 열분해 및 유리화 공정.
