Claims (8)
- 경랍재를 클래드한 Al합금제 브레이징시트로부터 구성되는 튜브엘리먼트와, Al합금제핀재로 이루어진 공기쪽핀을 경랍땜에 의해 일체화해서 이루어진 Al합금제 열교환기에 있어서,상기 튜브엘리먼트를 구성하는 상기 브레이징시트의 심재를 Mn을 1∼1.5중량%, Cu를 0.1∼0.5중량%, Zr을 0.05∼0.2중량%함유하고, 나머지부가 Al과 불순물로 이루어진 Al합금으로 하고,상기 심재의 양면 또는 한쪽면에 적어도 Si를 함유하는 Al합금제 경랍재를 클래드해서 상기 브레이징시트를 구성하는 동시에,상기 공기쪽핀의 핀재로서, Zr을 0.05∼0.2중량%함유하고, 나머지부가 Al과 불순물로 이루어진 Al합그을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 Al합금제열교환기.
- 경랍재를 클래드한 Al합금제브레이징시트로부터 구성되는 튜브엘리먼트와, Al합금제 핀재로 이루어진 공기쪽핀을 경랍땜에 의해 일체화해서 이루어진 Al합금제열교환기에 있어서,상기 튜브엘리먼트를 구성하는 상기 브레이징시트의 심재를 Mn을 1∼1.5중량%, Cu를 0.1∼0.5중량, Zr을 0.05∼0.2중량%, Ti을 0.1∼0.3중량%함유하고, 나머지부가 Al과 불순물로 이루어진 Al합금으로 하고,상기 심재의 양면 또는 한쪽면에 적어도 Si을 함유하는 Al합금제 경랍재를 클래드해서 상기 브레이징시트를 구성하는 동시에,상기 공기쪽핀의 핀재로서, Zr을 0.05∼0.2중량%함유하고, 나머지부가 Al과 불순물로 이루어진 Al합금을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 Al합금제 열교환기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 브레이징시트의 심재에 함유되는 Fe 및 Si의 함유량을 각각 0.30중량%이하로 해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 Al합금제 열교환기.
- 제 1항∼제 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경랍재속에 Zn을 0.5∼10중량% 첨가해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 Al합금제 열교환기.
- 제 1항∼제 4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경랍땜후의 상기 브레이징시트의 심재의 재료조직에 있어서의 결정입자가, 상기 심재의 판두께방향에 대해서 5층이상의 다층구조를 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 Al합금제 열교환기.
- 제 1항∼제 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경랍땜후의 상기 브레이징시트의 심재와 상기 공기쪽핀의 핀재의 공식전위를 귀(noble)로하고, 공식전위의 크기를 상기 공기쪽핀의 핀재, 상기 튜브엘리먼트의 표면의 경랍재, 상기 브레이징시트의 심재의 순으로 크게해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 Al합금제 열교환기.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 공기쪽핀의 핀재와 상기 튜브엘리먼트의 표면의 경랍재와의 사이의 공식전위차 및 튜브엘리먼트의 표면의 경랍재와 상기 브레이징시트의 심재와의 사이의 공식전위차를 각각 20㎷이상으로 해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 Al합금제 열교환기.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 심재와 핀재와의 사이의 공식전위차를 40㎷이상으로 해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 Al합금제 열교환기.
