Claims (4)
- 플럭스 충전률이 20 내지 30중량%이고, 와이어 전중량에 대한 중량%로, C(외피중의 C포함): 0.02 내지 0.10%, Si(외피중의 Si포함): 0.20 내지 0.60%, Mn(외피중의 Mn포함): 1.5 내지 2.5%, Ni: 1.5 내지 3.5%, Ti: 0.10 내지 0.30%, B: 0.004 내지 0.025%, Mg: 0.10 내지 0.50%, 금속플루오르화물(F환산): 0.20 내지 1.00%, Ca: 0.20 내지 1.20%를 함유하고, P: 0.02% 이하, S: 0.02%이하로 규제되고, Ti/B 비가 5 내지 50이고, 외피중의 C량(와이어 전중량당)을 CH, 플럭스중의 C량(와이어 전중량당)을 CF로 했을때, CH/CF비가 0.10 내지 2.50이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로가스 아크 용접용 플럭스 충전 와이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 와이어 전중량에 대한 중량%로, Al: 0.10%이하를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로가스 아크 용접용 플럭스 충전 와이어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 와이어 전중량에 대한 중량%로, Mo:0.50%이하 및 Cr: 0.50%이하의 적어도 한쪽을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로가스 아크 용접용 플럭스 충전 와이어.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 와이어 전중량에 대한 중량%로, 알칼리금속화합물을 알칼리원소환산치로 0.01 내지 0.50% 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로가스 아크 용접용 플럭스 충전 와이어.
