Claims (14)
- 임의로 디엔의 존재하에서, 에틸렌과 C3-C20, 바람직하게는 C3-C10, 훨씬 더 바람직하게는 하기 화학식 1 을 갖는 C3알파-올레핀의 공중합을 위한 촉매 성분 :화학식 1(식중, A 는 하기 화학식 2화학식 2(식중, R1및 R2는 H 및 C1-C3, 알킬 라디칼, 바람직하게는 R2=H 및 두개의 R1=H 중의 하나 이상인 것으로부터 선택되고 ; n 은 2 내지 18 의 정수이며, 바람직하게는 3, 5, 6 및 10 으로부터 선택된다) 를 갖는 시클로펜타디에닐 유도체이고 ; B 는 1) 상기 정의된 시클로펜타디에닐 유도체 A 중의 어느 하나이고, 2) 시클로펜타디에닐, 인데닐, 플루오레닐 및 관련 알킬, 아릴, 트리알킬실릴 치환 유도체로부터 선택된 단일작용 시클로펜타디에닐 라디칼 (F) 로부터 선택되고 ; A 및 B 사이의 브릿지인 Q 는 a) C1-C20알킬렌기, 선형, 측쇄 또는 시클릭 ; b) 실라닐렌 또는 디실라닐렌 알킬 치환기 ; c) 알킬 치환 실라알킬렌기로부터 선택된 이작용 라디칼이며 ; M 은 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀으로부터 선택되며 ; X 는 할로겐, 수소, C1-C10알킬기, C1-C10알콕시드기, C2-C20아미드기, C2-C20카르복실기, C6-C10아릴기, C6-C10아릴옥시기, C2-C10알케닐기, C7-C40아릴알킬기, C7-C40알킬아릴기, C8-C40아릴알케닐기로부터 선택된 것이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, M 이 지르코늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, n 이 3, 5, 6 및 10 으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, X 는 할로겐, 수소화물, 히드로카르빌 라디칼로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 성분.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 할로겐이 염소인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Q 는 측쇄 알킬렌 유도체, 디알킬실라닐렌 및 테트라알킬치환된 디실라닐렌으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 성분.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, Q 는 이소프로필리덴, 디메틸실라닐렌 및 테트라메틸디실라닐렌으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기 A 가 기 B 와 다를 때, 기 B 는 시클로펜타디에닐, 인데닐 및 플루오레닐로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R2= H 이고 두개의 R1= H 중의 하나이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 성분.
- 화학식 HA-Q-BH (식중, Q, A 및 B 는 상기 정의된 의미이다) 을 갖는 화합물을 메탈로센과 반응시켜 해당 2 개의 음이온을 제공하고, 연속적으로 MX4와 반응시켜 화학식 1 을 갖는 화합물을 제공하는 것으로 이루어진 화학식 1 을 갖는 촉매 성분의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 리튬 알킬이고 화합물 MX4는 지르코늄 테트라클로리드인 것을 특징으로 하는, M = Zr 인 화학식 1 을 갖는 촉매 성분의 제조 방법.
- 임의로 디엔의 존재하에서, C2-C20알파-올레핀의 단일중합 및 공중합, 상세하게는, 에틸렌과 C3-C10알파-올레핀, 훨씬 더 상세하게는 프로필렌과의 공중합 방법에 관한 것이며, 화학식 1 을 갖는 화합물로 이루어진 촉매계를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 촉매계가 하기 화학식 1 :화학식 1(A, B, Q, M, X 는 제 1 항에 정의된 의미를 갖는다) 을 갖는 화합물들로부터 선택된 메탈로센으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 또는 에틸렌/α-올레핀/디엔 삼원중합체, 바람직하게는 프로필렌 함량이 10 내지 75 중량 % 인 에틸렌-프로필렌 (EPM) 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 (EPDM) 을 제조하기 위한 하기의 단계로 이루어진 슬러리 방법 :1) 액화 상태에서 상기 α-올레핀을 사용할 수 있는 압력에서, 임의로 탄화수소로써 희석된 α-올레핀 및 가능한 디엔을 중합 반응기에 공급하는 단계 ;2) 에틸렌을 충분한 양으로 단계 (1) 에서 수득된 혼합물에 첨가하여 액상에서 원하는 비의 에틸렌/α-올레핀을 유지하는 단계 ;3) 가능하게는 알킬화 화합물 7 의 존재하에서, 하나이상의 메탈로센 및 알루목산 및 화학식 3 (Ra)xNH4-xB(Rd)4, 또는 화학식 4 (IV) (Ra)3PHB(Rd)4, 또는 화학식 5 B(Rd)3, 또는 화학식 6 CPh3[B(Rd)4] 로부터 선택된 하나이상의 조촉매로 이루어진 촉매계를 첨가하는 단계 ;4) 단계 (3) 에서 수득된 혼합물을 충분한 시간동안 반응시켜 에틸렌/알파-올레핀계 및 가능한 디엔이 중합되도록 하는 단계.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-프로필렌 (EPM) 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 (EPDM) 공중합체가 15 내지 70 중량 % 의 프로필렌 함량을 갖도록 제조하는 방법.
