Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 분산질과 용매를 혼합한 혼합물을 초임계 용기에 공급하고, 상기 초임계 용기에 초임계 용매를 공급하고, 상기 초임계 용매를 기상상태에서 초임계 유체로 하도록 가열가압하여, 상기 초임계 용기내에서 상기 혼합물과 상기 초임계 유체를 혼합하여, 그 후 상기 혼합물과 초임계 유체와의 초임계 혼합물을 폭쇄조로 안내하고, 상기 폭쇄조내에서 대기압으로 해방하여, 충돌부에 충돌시켜, 상기 분산질을 분산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계상태를 이용한 분산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폭쇄조에서 상기 초임계 혼합물로부터 초임계 용매를 분리하고, 이 분리한 초임계 용매를 회수하여, 상기 초임계 용기에 공급하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계상태를 이용한 분산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산질과 용매의 혼합물은, 고체계의 분산질을 유기용매, 물 등의 용매에 현탁한 슬러리인 초임계상태를 이용한 분산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산질과 용매의 혼합물은, 액체계의 분산용질을 유기용매, 물 등의 용매에 현탁한 에멀젼인 초임계상태를 이용한 분산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산질과 용매의 혼합물은, 고체계 및 액체계의 분산질을 액체계의 용매에 현탁한 슬러리인 초임계상태를 이용한 분산방법.
- 분산질과 용매의 혼합물에 초임계 유체를 도입해서 점도를 절감시키고, 이 저점도의 혼합물을 세공으로부터 감압하에 분출하여, 상기 분산질에 부피팽창작용, 고전단작용 및 충격작용을 부여하여, 상기 분산질을 파쇄, 분산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계상태를 이용한 분산방법.
- 분산질과 용매의 혼합물을 충전하는 공급부 및 초임계 용매를 충전하는 공급부를 보유하고, 또한 유출구를 갖는 초임계 용기와, 상기 초임계 용기내의 초임계 용매를 초임계 유체로 하도록 가열, 가압하는 가열가압수단과, 상기 혼합물과 상기 초임계 유체와의 초임계 혼합물을 초임계 용기내에서 교반하는 교반수단과, 상기 초임계 용기의 유출구에 접속되어 상기 초임계 혼합물을 대기압으로 해방하는 분출구를 갖는 폭쇄조와, 상기 폭쇄조에서 얻어진 분산액을 저장하는 저류조를 구비하는 분산장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폭쇄조에 있어서 분리한 초임계 용매를 회수하도록 완충조를 상기 폭쇄조에 접속하고, 상기 완충조를 상기 초임계 용기의 초임계 용매의 공급부에 접속한 분산장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 초임계 용기의 상기 혼합물 공급부에는, 상기 분산질과 용매를 예비혼합하도록 예비혼합장치가 접속되어 있는 분산장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가열가압수단은, 초임계 용매를 기상상태에서 초임계 유체로 하도록 조작되는 분산장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 교반수단은, 상기 초임계 용기내에 향하여 설치한 노즐과 상기 초임계 용기로부터 유출한 초임계 혼합물을 상기 노즐로 순환시키는 순환펌프를 갖춘 분산장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 교반수단은, 상기 초임계 용기내에 초음파를 조사하도록 상기 초임계 용기에 마련한 초음파발생수단을 포함하는 분산장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 교반수단은, 초임계 용기의 외부에 설치한 전자코일과, 상기 전자코일에서 발생하는 이동자계에 의해 구동되도록 상기 초임계 용기에 설치한 요동판 혹은 회전날개인 분산장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폭쇄조에는, 초임계 혼합물을 충돌시키는 충돌부가 설치되어 있는 분산장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 폭쇄조에 설치한 초임계 혼합물의 분출구는 폭쇄노즐이고, 상기 충돌부는 상기 노즐에 대해서 수직으로 설치되어 있는 분산장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 폭쇄조에 설치한 초임계 혼합물의 분출구는 폭쇄창이고, 상기 충돌부는 상기 폭쇄창에 대해서 반구형상으로 설치되는 분산장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폭쇄조에 설치한 초임계 혼합물의 분출구는, 상기 초임계 혼합물끼리를 충돌시키도록 마주보게 향해져 있고, 상기 노즐에 의해 충돌부를 구성하고 있는 분산장치.
- 초임계 유체를 도입하여 점도를 절감시킨 분산질과 용매의 혼합물을 감압하에서 분출하는 세공을 보유하는 분출구와, 상기 분출구에서 분출한 분산질에 충격을 부여하는 충돌부를 설치한 폭쇄조를 구비하는 분산장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 충돌부는 분출구에 대향해서 설치한 충돌판인 분산장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 충돌부는 분산질을 대향상태로 분출시켜 충돌시키는 향류충돌부인 분산장치.
