Claims (4)
- 수 평균 섬유 길이 3 내지 100㎜의 불연속 강화 섬유를 포함하는 불연속 강화 섬유 집합체와 매트릭스 수지를 포함하는 불연속 섬유 강화 복합 재료이며,
상기 불연속 강화 섬유 집합체는, 소정 본수의 불연속 강화 섬유의 단사를 동일 방향으로 집속한 복수의 불연속 강화 섬유 다발을 포함하고,
상기 불연속 강화 섬유 다발의 각각은, 상기 단사의 배향 방향에 대하여 일정한 각도를 이루는 절단면을 갖고,
단사 배향 방향 양단 간의 거리인 불연속 섬유 다발 길이가 긴 불연속 강화 섬유 다발일수록, 2차원 평면 상에 투영했을 때의 불연속 강화 섬유 다발의 단부의 예각을 이루는 선단 각도가 작고,
상기 불연속 강화 섬유 집합체에 포함되는 불연속 강화 섬유 다발의 수 평균 불연속 섬유 다발 길이 (L)에 대하여, 각각의 불연속 섬유 다발 길이가 해당 수 평균 불연속 섬유 다발 길이 (L)를 초과하는 불연속 강화 섬유 다발의 분류 (1)에 포함되는 각각의 불연속 강화 섬유 다발의 상기 선단 각도의 수 평균이 되는 수 평균 예각 (A)와, 수 평균 불연속 섬유 다발 길이 (L) 이하의 불연속 강화 섬유 다발의 분류 (2)에 포함되는 각각의 불연속 강화 섬유 다발의 상기 선단 각도의 수 평균이 되는 수 평균 예각 (B)가, 하기 식 (1) 및 (2)를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불연속 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
